I set up an sb-600 for the backlight, and an old minolta flash for the main. The main was shot through a pringles snoot. I can see all of my chip dust on the white. I should get my camera sensor cleaned sometime.

It is like a nature that new Apple products will give lots of surprises and also controversies. When iPad launched to the market, lots of people hailed it as an innovative products and once again, Apple created a new trend and even new segment in consumer electronics market. But still, there’re some factors on iPad lamented by iPad owners and one of them is the lack of the device compatibility with Flash applications.
I took this photo inside. There was some indirect side light coming in from the window, but mostly the light came from the flash. I bounced the light off the ceiling at about a 45 degree angle so that it bounced off the ceiling and then hit him.
Yep, the green flash really exists and it isn't just in the eye of the beholder. It is the last band of the light spectrum projected by the light of the setting sun broken up by the prism of the atmosphere around the curvature of the earth. As the sun sets below the horizon the bands of light are projected like with a prism or rainbow. We see the green light for a split second, but not the others, because it is the last band to be shown and thus is visible when the sun itself has dropped just below the horizon. The other bands cannot be seen because the sun is still above the horizon, and thus obscuring them.
Notice that the ocean is a green color too, caused by that being the last bit of ambient light available to the camera. I shot this with my Rebel 300D and 70-300 Sigma over near Mile Marker 14.
