Part of the adventure was finding the place, which didn't even have a sign outside at street level. And has a locked door. Eventually, we finally got in. Then what? Nobody was around, and it was a weird hallway. Finally, someone walked by and told us what floor to go to. Even when the elevator doors opened, I still wasn't sure I was on the right track. Mainly, because I didn't even realize it was an elevator, even after the doors opened. It was just so unreal that I didn't know what I was looking at for a good second or so. (I've literally gotten the shaft at an elevator before, so I never assume there to be one when the doors open.)
Took me a second to find the elevator controls, haha.

This broke my heart. So I pass Mark below and come to this window. It just drops off into a canyon. We went the wrong way and the summit is out of reach. What I figured out was I should have stuck to the other tight rope route. I might have been easier. So that route traverses around this pinnacle and comes up this canyon. You climb past that small snow field patch near the middle and skirt the edge of the larger snow field above and go past the third rocky outcrop and turn sharply to the right.

Igor Polevitzky's original color on the first floor exterior archway at Sea Tower in Fort Lauderdale has finally been restored. After considerable research, the original paint color on an important element of Polevitzky's Mid-Century Modern design has been restored.
This was our first shoot with the lovely, leggy Eme(line). Very nice young lady. We started shooting in the woods but learned that it was mosquito feeding time. Against her better judgment, Eme agreed to get into the brisk but refreshing Boise River. Good choice!

I am often so occupied with my day-to-day business that I forget that Christ wants a close relationship with me. He wants me to find rest and peace in the assurance that he is near me in every experience, both big and small, each day.
Thankfully, I am learning to remember that Christ is with me when I wake up in the morning, when I go to sleep at night, and in the tasks I take care of during the day. He is present through the people I meet and through my family. When I breathe a prayer, I am telling him that I want him close to me. Long and tedious prayers are not necessary.
Withdrawing in silence and peace with Christ during a busy day can be difficult. So it is important for me to start every day with an open Bible and to give the day over to the Lord before the busyness begins.
PRAYER
Dear God, help us to run the race of fatith in a way that pleases you. Thank you for fulfilling your work in us, and help us to show our neighbors your grace and love. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
