sent from some phone

put some Kodacolor Gold fillum in the old Canon EOS 500N. Possibly the first roll of film I've shot in 10 years. You'll have to wait for the results though, only shot 8 of 36 so far & could be interesting as it went out of date in July 2010.

Gratious shot of the 500N on it's GR-80TP grip, which IMO (and likely nobody else's) is the coolest ever grip, as it features a built in mini tripod...

Finally the clouds lifted and we got a view of the top, in 3 x days hiking in the park we saw this for 3 to 4 mins.

Quite a journey to get the new VW Golf MK3 GTI back home. But we managed to get the job done.

Ava had not landed a single vault this entire season. She finally landed her last one, getting a 9.475 and winning first place!

She later told me that she had actually landed her first vault but took some steps back and then tripped on a mat.

In the thirties with very light snow today.

Can finally enjoy the outside. Decided to take a pre construction walk through a site. Was originally supposed to start last December. But financing was held up. And finally when completed. Weather changed. So got put on backburner.

I like doing these. Walk with project management. Looking over terrain. Anticipateing problem areas. And if you do correctly on a fresh snow. When done you have a Lifesize project layout that you can analyze.

Just another thing l do that no one else does. Boss came with me today. Along with a couple of interns. I'll go home with my notes and run some observations with pictures.

Wednesday or Thursday. We will get together in office and go over notes. Using me as a guide. I can just show a picture. And they will have a reference to the area in question.

Wasn't able to do this several months ago.

It feels wonderful doing today 🐒🐒🐣🐤🐥🌹❄️❄️❄️

I've finally fixed the vertical alignment in my Leica. This photo has nothing to do with that. Fixing it wasn't to tricky, you just need a small screw driver. I'm still at a loss as to how it got out of alignment in the first place. Hopefully I didn't break the distance alignment while making my fix. I'll need to do a roll and see what's up. Update Sometime later, I noticed the distance alignment was out of whack. Son of a bitch.

A (genius) friend suggested embroidering tiny French knots (one strand and one wrap - one colour for the lines from the peaks and another for the lines from the valleys) along each stubbornly refusing to disappear line and I love how it looks - I think it's improved!

Finished size: 13" x 13"

Finally got the boat. First anchorage snorkelled with 2 stingrays. Second anchor snorkelled with 4 reef sharks. Amazing place.

It´s back again!

After a way too long time gap after Christmas, a friend of mine at our local store, whispered silently they´d got the famous Must back, now in the Eastern version, since they quickly ran out of the Christmas ditto.

yes its called finally i know i suck at it im a noob hahah

My father finally came home with the DSLR. It turns out it's actully a Canon EOS Rebel XT. Not XTi. Well it doesn't matter. Now my dad needs to buy a charger online. -___- Well I guess I'll have to wait until then; that's going to be pretty hard for me. I'm pretty sure it takes video too so that will improve my videos. So excited! :D Please excuse my hair, I know, it's horrible. >.<

Edited on picnik; auto-fix, cross-processing and watermark.

a dad with tattoos. I have been waiting. Inspired by so many photographers with a similar pose.

Un piccolo sogno che si avvera: vedere almeno un film alla mostra d'arte cinematografica di Venezia. Fico. :) Miliardi di grazie a Irma che mi ha fatto l'inimmaginabile sorpresa di portami. :-***

Highlights of the 17th of March

Finally got my little Olympus to work again! Defiantly a highlight as I am having withdrawals over here!

Very crappy night at work but I'm home now and that is happy! You can see how incredibly boring it was by all the doodles on my foot! I kept sitting down off camera and pulling my shoe off as something to do!

Finally finished my Theed MOC! Hope you like it :)

Still on a graduation high this morning!

Of course, JJ loves nothing more than for me to toss his tennis ball so he can run it down and catch it, return, rinse and repeat...and I mean seriously repeat... but to change things up, sometimes I will go in the yard and hide his tennis ball. Then send him on a hunting mission. It's a fun change of pace and stimulates his sense of smell and vision to go find the ball.

Finally had some sunshine on this day after so much rain, created some nice shadows.

Finally had the carpet fitted in our 2007 Sterling Eccles Sapphire Caravan. As we did not like the mats that were supplied as standard.

I am very proud of not only our Classic XJ40, but of my lovely lady wife too. As Elaine has bought this for me as an early 36th wedding anniversary. present.

I finally got out of the house to try some astrophotography. This was taken from Craigflower Bridge at around 11pm, using a Canon T3i.

I was initially concerned that I wouldn't be able to see the comet at all. I used StarWalk on my iPhone to find the approximate spot in the sky, but I couldn't see the comet.

Then, I put the iPhone into night mode and took a 3 second exposure - sure enough, the comet showed up. I hustled back to my car, grabbed my tripod and camera bag, and set up to take some long exposures.

Out of eleven exposures, this was #8. I had switched to the 18-55mm kit lens, which allowed me to get a wider shot.

Set up has been rough at Pirateland. The spaces are tight and getting to the space is tighter. We finally settled down four days into the trip. We took a ride into Myrtle to see where the old pavilion was and the first thing we see at a circle K right across from Mammy’s is a guy beating the hell out of a woman. So I pulled in the lot really fast and he saw a big truck aimed at him. He backed off just a little. Vera got on the phone and we couldn’t get through to 911 because the signal was breaking up. I looked around to see if this was a set up and it didn’t look like it. Anther guy we saw was were there to help so he jumped in and we kept them apart. Vera couldn’t get through on my phone either. About four other cars sat there and were filming. The victim took a few good shots and gave a few herself but she got to her car. Another lady in the lot consoled her and we stayed there until everything seemed to calm down. We left the beater sitting on the curb. He looked beyond messed up. So we did a good deed. We couldn’t believe the change in the town. We saw a lot of gold teeth and pink hair! Later that week Trina told me a couple was shot trying to break up a fight.

We have one of the best spots in the camp but for millions of lake bugs at night. But they go away. Oh we saved some ducks from two asshole teenagers that tried to run them down with a golf cart. There must be hundreds of carts here. I think the carts out number the bugs.

The fish jump in the lake and Aroo got her first taste of salt water. So far she liked the edge of the water better. She has made a few friends and likes to cuss at everybody. Taco is holding the fort down. She told everyone to stay six feet apart from me, but to give her plenty of scratches. She made sure I stood back so the hot ladies she was picking up couldn’t give me the same good scratches she was getting!

I thought it was impossible to be that slow!

Pirateland has a bad sewer problem at night. Lots of parks seem to have the same problem, but this is extraordinarily bad. I wonder why nobody swims in the bays in the park. All but a couple of the store staff are extremely difficult. It is like they intentionally are trying to run away customers. One of the staff members has a bad gum problem and you can hear her snap it as she orders people around the store. The electric hook up in my spot looks like it was jury rigged. The sewer fitting is so high the tanks don’t drain unless you work the hose. It seems like all of the campgrounds have had fire problems except for the State Park. The campgrounds all but the State Park have full time condos or single wide trailers built with a deck patio. If you happen to be coming down one of the roads and someone has company it takes an extra hour to get them out of the way so you can get your trailer through. For example we got goose necked by a work crew with no information from the gate security.

Beyond this thread but important to my friends. Some police blotters I missed while I was gone.

Vacations take planning and work. After a long drive home our security gate keeper got your code wrong for the second time in the same trip. So i took my woman to the nearest church and walked her home. i went back and camped out on the other side of the fence. it’s always something. If i had to I would go back to buggy Pirateland but I’d bring a head net to put over my head so I wouldn’t inhale so many bugs! By my photos you would think I was at a fisherman’s paradise. But even the die hard fisherman went home and the spiders came out to feast on the bugs!

These are the first three from my own plants. Good thing I signed up for farm shares this year.
