Even if the world changes very quickly, the country follows its own rhythm, today as centuries ago, in a ritual that repeats itself season after season.

Barley field in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

I was working last night and came home through quite thick fog. I noticed how beautiful the field opposite our house looked in the fog and snapped it quickly before taking the children to school. I'm glad I did as by the time I got home it had lifted considerably.
