We live in a world of big cities and advanced technology but we can't do without the country.
The earth gives us food and raw materials to make the objects we use every day: everything starts from the products of the earth.
Even if the world changes very quickly, the country follows its own rhythm, today as centuries ago, in a ritual that repeats itself season after season.

I was working last night and came home through quite thick fog. I noticed how beautiful the field opposite our house looked in the fog and snapped it quickly before taking the children to school. I'm glad I did as by the time I got home it had lifted considerably.
