Due to the stunning ''clean'' light, I changed today's schedule, took my gear and headed to the fields. God ! Wish I could stay here for ever.

But as we have some clouds, I didn't want to miss the chance to take some pictures to our fields at this time of the year.

As the rain was on its way out on Saturday the sun came out and created this little rainbow.
The story is about a tiny village called “Mala Berezovytsya” which means “small birch tree village”, or Small Birchville as I prefer and hop you don’t mind. This is at the same time much of a Flickr story, because it happened as a result of modern global network friendship.
One of my Flickr friends from Canada noted that I live only 30 km away from the village where his family originates from and from where they emigrated quite a long time ago. Bob kindly asked me if I could go and make a few shots for him and his senior mother. Frankly, I got really interested in a trip but still had to wait for the nearest perfect weather/free time combination and I didn’t regret my decision. Borrowed an off-roader (in Ukraine you cannot go just anywhere with a sedan) took almost all my family and adventures began...
We live in the city, work in the office and actually spend so much time connected via intent and phone, drive around the whole day, watch the news on satellite: citizens of the world. And it was so great to go there out on a countryside and simply enjoy watching the cow slowly chewing the juicy grass… We could go off road in the field, open the windows and enjoy the smells of blossoming harvest, see the curious tractor drivers looking at us and feel the wind in our hairs: gorgeous!
I got inspired so much and supported by my lively wife that I want to start a project that rages far beyond my regular business activity. Soon I will announce my idea for your kind attention, my dear friends!
The yellow field can be seen from the edge of the woods.

Prosna Valley, Kalisz, Poland. On our way to Kościelna Wieś. We went there by bike to see a small dam.
ポーランド、カリシュ市北西のプロスナ川の近くにて。この日は自転車でカリシュ市とコシチェルナ・ヴィエシ(教会の村)の境界にあるプロスナ川のダムを見に二人で出かけました。
To others who were looking at me taking pictures, They probably don't see what I was seeing. But I see the beauty even in the most plain field. The beauty is the eye of the beholder - this quote works for Kansas.

An epic frosty morning at the heather fields in The Netherlands. It was such great pleasure to walk around in this winter landscape.

Dear friends. I am a little frustrated because I never find a minute to upload pictures and to comment on yours. And I have thousands of pictures to share with you. From now, I will upload a group of pictures below any new one, so I can share more with you.....
This first set if from a bike ride that I did this summer in the rice fields in Valencia. I love the little houses and the green a lot. I hope you like them.

Please refrain from posting shots, requests and Flickriver shots in my photo stream, thank you.
The long and winding road leads north towards Howwood which is just over those hills. The distant hill to the right of the shot is Walls Hill, which has made several appearances on my photostream :-)
