Indoor Waterfall Water Feature Fountain - Features / Waterfalls / Fountains
Indoor waterfalls dramatically improve ambiance by bringing the sights and sounds of a modern waterfall into your home or office. The sound of indoor fountains are associated with beautiful nature settings, peaceful vacations and meditative tranquility. An indoor waterfall can provide many health benefits as well. The flow of water captures airborne particles and dust from the air. The slow evaporation of water releases beneficial negative ions into the air and acts as a natural humidifier. For more sensitive environments or healthcare settings we offer a line of indoor fountains incorporating specialized precautions against bacteria and microorganisms. These options include Saniguard coatings, ultraviolet light sterilization systems and reverse osmosis systems.

Indoor Wall Water Fountain Feature - Features / Fountains
Add ambiance to any room with beautiful indoor wall fountains. We currently have many styles to choose from in a wide variety of frame materials and waterfall face choices. Our skilled artesians are adept at metal fabrication. The metals available for the frames on your water wall have been chosen for attractiveness, durability and ease of fabrication. The most common metals used are copper and stainless steel. The unique marbled or patina finish is applied to the copper of the indoor wall sculptures one piece at a time. A clear coating is then applied to the metal to give it a high gloss finish as well as to protect the copper from naturally developing a green patina over time. On some of our most recent water wall models we will even go further and apply custom artwork or custom patina shading to the metal making your wall sculpture a true piece of unique art.
Galway features a number of interlocking waterways which pass through the city and they have played a major role in its development as an industrial town.
The waterway system is a bit complicated and I am still trying to determine the names of all of the streams, mill races and canals. If my description is incorrect you are invited to correct me as necessary.
The Eglington Canal in Galway was built c.1850. It follows a curving path south from inflow from River Corrib Upper and passes under five bridges which have made watercourse non-navigable.
The canal begins to north of Salmon Weir on west bank of Corrib River (upper) where a small harbour is located.
The canal then proceeds south-west splitting into two separate waterways with the main canal continuing to south-west and a shorter but but equally substantial branch proceeding south beneath a road bridge and a modern pedestrian bridge and it the past this branch would have serviced a collection of mills which are built surrounding a small harbour at end of the branch.
The main canal continues south-west before curving back around to continue south-east after passing beneath two recent concrete road bridges. The Canal at these points is narrowed by about two metres eliminating need for more complex structures.
Between these two bridges is second branch which follows a south-easterly route before re-entering the canal south of lock basin via a stone-lined channel.
The lock basin has limestone block lining with limestone coping blocks, timber lock gates and box. One set of gates has been removed and the flow of canal is now regulated by the remaining gate and sluice racks to north of lock basin. The canal then continues to south-east before splitting again with south-east branch passing under William O'Brien Bridge and into Claddagh Quay and second branch travelling roughly north-east before re-entering River Corrib (lower) after passing over stone-lined weir.

PASOS: Video Installations by Marsia Alexander-Clarke is a solo exhibition that features a series of video works based on recorded imagery in Alexander-Clarke’s garden. The images are made abstract via small cropped cells of recorded video material which Alexander-Clarke calls “marks” in loose reference to the mark in drawing and painting. They divide and define the space, activating the darkness of the room in which the videos are shown. Changes in placement, repetition and rhythm of the “marks” create a dialog through time. Organized by UCR California Museum of Photography, and curated by Tyler Stallings, Artistic Director, UCR Culver Center of the Arts.

I guess this moray hasn't been to it's local shrimp cleaning station as often as it should, or maybe it won't let the shrimp clean these sensitive areas.
The linear features in this VIS image are called Mareotis Fossae. They are part of a huge region of graben that comprise Tempe Terra. The graben of Mareotis Fossae trend to the northeast, parallel to the fossae of Alba Mons located just to the west of Tempe Terra. Graben are formed by extension of the crust and faulting. When large amounts of pressure or tension are applied to rocks on timescales that are fast enough that the rock cannot respond by deforming, the rock breaks along faults. In the case of a graben, two parallel faults are formed by extension of the crust and the rock in between the faults drops downward into the space created by the extension. Numerous sets of graben are visible in this THEMIS image, trending from northeast to southwest. Because the faults defining the graben are formed perpendicular to the direction of the applied stress, we know that extensional forces were pulling the crust apart in the northwest/southeast direction. Mareotis Fossae is 1907km long (1185 miles).

The steady flow of water on these exquisite indoor water feature is a sight to behold. Water looks and sounds beautiful flowing down the face of this indoor water feature. The slate on this beautiful piece is specially quarried and shipped in from India. The stones of India are renowned worldwide for their beauty and elegance. Every stone is hand cut and its edges chisled to perfection making each fountain a one of a kind masterpeice. No two natural stone pieces are alike so your fountain is an original with its own distinctive shading, coloring and texture which may vary from the display photo. The most dramatic difference is seen in the remarkable rajah multicolor stone, which varies in its range of greens, reds, golds, and rusts.

Marion features Inamorata Shani head sculpt in Caramel resin and the athletic Inamorata 4.0 body with M bust. Her makeup is inspired by Dior Rouge campaign.
Marion's Dita Von Teese inspired burlesque lingerie set is hand sewn and beaded. The set consists of an underwire bra, panties, corset with removable garter straps, lace stockings and red leather boots.
I made two alternative boots to match the burlesque lingerie set. Both use perforated wine red lamb skin and Inamorata Stiletto heel sculpt. One pair is knee high boots playing with the idea of back seam stockings; the other one is a ankle bootie.
Marion has two hard cap wigs, both with a mix of mohair colours from dark brown to ashy blond. Idea was to make it appear as the same hair styled in two ways.

Outdoor Garden Water Feature Fountain - Features / Fountains
Garden fountains are beautiful outdoor water accents. Outdoor fountains are used in public parks, gardens, yards, patios and decks. The most traditional design is a tiered waterfall with multiple levels where the water cascades down many levels of stone. A garden fountain is very dramatic and has a high degree of water noise and motion due to the water becoming airborne and crashing into the lower level pool below. The water finds it's way into the pool at the bottom and is taken back to the top again by a powerful water pump to begin it's journey anew. Some famous artists and sculptors have created garden water features which add life and elegance to their sculptures. Today craftsmen and increased knowledge have made available garden fountains for private residences.

Indoor Tabletop Water Fountain Feature - Fountains / Features
A tabletop fountain is a great home accent and they will bring a sense of serenity to your indoor space. The water and natural elements bring a little bit of nature indoors. Our indoor tabletop fountains are made with hand thrown ceramic, copper, stainless steel and natural elements such as slate, gemstones, crystals and bamboo. The features made of semi precious stones often include a rotating object on the fountain such as a crystal sphere which rotates using water pressure, bringing movement to the table fountain which is both interesting and soothing to watch. Table fountains are ideal accents for small rooms and office desks where space is a concern. They easily fit into small spaces such as the corner of a desk, a bedroom table, mantle, around door entryways and coffee tables.

This is a photograph from the second annual running of the Fr. Murphy Athletic Club 10KM Road Race and Fun Run which was held in Kildalkey, Trim, Co. Meath, Ireland on Easter Sunday March 27th 2016 at 11:30. This road race also features the Meath 10KM Road Race Championships which is open to entry from any athlete who is a full member of a Meath AAI club. The race starts and finishes in the village of Kildalkey and follows a right handed rural route out towards Rathcormick, Ballivor and Moyrath before returning on the same 2KM as the start which runners will easily remember as a long straight stretch of road. The route brings the runners through beautiful Meath Countryside on low-traffic country roads. The conditions were not very suitable for road running with a very stiff breeze and cold dry conditions. The 10KM version of this race replaced the traditional annual 5 Mile road race which was promoted by the Fr. Murphy athletic club and was held previous in Athboy on St. Patrick's Day, then Ballivor before a move to Kildalkey on Easter Sundays. There was approximately 150 participants in the race with a very large support from athletics clubs in Meath.

I want to download these pictures to my computer or device?
You can download this photographic image here directly to your computer or device. This version is the low resolution web-quality image. When you click on either of these you will be presented with the option to download the image. Remember just doing a right-click and "save target as" will not work on Flickr.
I want get full resolution, print-quality, copies of these photographs?
If you just need these photographs for online usage then they can be used directly once you respect their Creative Commons license and provide a link back to our Flickr set if you use them. For offline usage and printing all of the photographs posted here on this Flickr set are available free, at no cost, at full image resolution.

Let's get a bit technical: We use Creative Commons Licensing for these photographs
We use the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License for all our photographs here in this photograph set. What does this mean in reality?
The explaination is very simple.
Attribution- anyone using our photographs gives us an appropriate credit for it. This ensures that people aren't taking our photographs and passing them off as their own. This usually just mean putting a link to our photographs somewhere on your website, blog, or Facebook where other people can see it.
ShareAlike – anyone can use these photographs, and make changes if they like, or incorporate them into a bigger project, but they must make those changes available back to the community under the same terms.
Above all what Creative Commons aims to do is to encourage creative sharing. See some examples of Creative Commons photographs on Flickr: www.flickr.com/creativecommons/
I ran in the race - but my photograph doesn't appear here in your Flickr set! What gives?
As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:
►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera
►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set
►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone
►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!
You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. You might find some links for further information above.
Don't like your photograph here?
That's OK! We understand!
If, for any reason, you are not happy or comfortable with your picture appearing here in this photoset on Flickr then please email us at petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com and we will remove it as soon as possible. We give careful consideration to each photograph before uploading.
I want to tell people about these great photographs!
Great! Thank you! The best link to spread the word around is probably http://www.flickr.com/peterm7/sets
This chinese plant features large, bright-pink trumpet flowers, similar in effect to a Gloxinia. Deeply-cut green foliage appears at the base, with stems rising higher bearing clusters of blossoms. Not the easiest plant to succeed with, particularly in regions with hot, humid summers. The fleshy taproot must have excellent drainage, especially in regions with wet winters, so best success is usually had by growing in a rock garden or raised bed
