Watching the speed the parents feed the young Swallows is amazing. They look like they have done really well this year with the offspring.

Golden Gate Bridge:
One of those must sees in San Francisco! Looking on from Crissy Field, it stands above the sea amidst the San Francisco fog with beauty.
It is an absolute must to actually cross the bridge whether it be by bike or walking. By car just does not give enough time to take in the many splendors the bridge offers to its visitors.
Whether it is walking or biking, it seems every few seconds there is a more beautiful view of the bridge then the last. In truth, that is the case because with anything beautiful,; the closer one approaches beauty the more mesmerized one becomes. it hold true for Golden Gate Bridge.
On the bridge be careful, stay to your lane. There are some very fast bikers coming across and are very inconsiderate. There are blind spots around the pillars so again be careful.
Stopping on the bridge, it is hard to ignore the glorious views of San Francisco. What a sight to behold! It is just one of those moments where you stand there with the crisp breeze hitting your very being and realize life is good.
Golden Gate Bridge quite simply is an eye catcher and not for its orange-red exterior.

This is part of a giant mural called Hold Fast created by Struan Ashby and Erica Duthie of Tape Art New Zealand, painted on a wooden fence in downtown Lower Hutt. It really grabbed my attention from the other side of the street.
Taken almost a year ago on Buachaille Etive Mor, what I remember most about this walk (apart from the stunning views) was the insane wind! Almost enough to put me off going. Real "crouch down or get blown over" type wind. Fast weather! One minute squalls, the next bright sunshine. The road through Glencoe can just be seen (far right).

I hadn't intended taking a shot here, but the young girl swinging her feet presented an opportunity so I quickly wound the shutter speed down to get this.
