In the golden hour at the end of the day, I saw the fox lie down for a nap behind my far apple tree. I was able to get halfway up the garden to take this shot, but it still needed a long lens.
She said... "I like your car..."
He said... "You'd look good on it..."

Whilst I was hoping for a good shot of the Gannets on my local headland this Rock Pipit was the star of the show - busy feeding it's young. It was lovely to watch. Food seemed quite abundant.

With all the recent heavy rain our rivers are very swollen and in some cases near to bursting!! More wet weather forecast this week will only make the situation worse!!

... kann man zur Zeit auf der Frankenbahn zwischen Stuttgart und Würzburg reisen. Dank GoAhead, welche ihre Bestandsfahrzeuge mit ETCS ausrüsten lassen müssen, darf TRI einige Ersatzzüge rund um Stuttgart betreiben, so auch diesen hier. Zurückgegriffen wird dabei auf Material der DB, welche fast den Anschein erwirken, das das Bild einige Jahre früher aufgenommen worden sein könnte. So ist auch 111 212 als langjährige Stuttgarter Maschine keine Unbekannte auf dieser Linie, nur die Farbe hat sich leicht verändert.

Just a photo I took a few months back on a photowalk downtown Boston. Standing on a bridge ontop of a busy expressway is always a good opportunity for a light trails photo. Being a city kid and growing up in a busy city, most of the times I am conveyed to "click" when I see an appealing urban scene and what can't be considered more appealing and urban-like than a busy boulevard full of fast moving cars?

A trip back to Sept 2018 when we were 'hobos' temporarily, having sold our house in Bedfordshire with a two week gap before our new home in Alnwick was available.
Our final 3 or 4 'hobo' days were spent near Penrith on the edge of the Lake District within easy reach of Ullswater, seen here on a blowy day with a sky full of scudding clouds.
I love the calm that a cat exudes! A little bit of this could do each of us good to slow down the day sometimes!

Einen ordentlichen Freischnitt würde dem Motiv wahrscheinlich guttun, allerdings geht es so ja auch. Nur um die Stelle zu erreichen, muss man sich durch das Unterholz quälen. Das taten wir für 232 609, welche mit dem EZ 51617 durch das Pegnitztal kam. Hier überfährt sie gerade die Pegnitz, um Sekunden später in den Vogelherdtunnel einzufahren. Im Hintergrund die idyllische Ortschafft Enzendorf.
