“...when I think of you it's with tears, because no one else has such delicate hands that can reach into my soul and calm my fears...” -- John Geddes

To Everything (Turn, Turn, Turn)
There is a season (Turn, Turn, Turn)
And a time to every purpose, under Heaven
A time to be born, a time to die
A time to plant, a time to reap
A time to kill, a time to heal
A time to laugh, a time to weep
A time to build up,a time to break down
A time to dance, a time to mourn
A time to cast away stones, a time to gather stones together
A time of love, a time of hate
A time of war, a time of peace
A time you may embrace, a time to refrain from embracing
A time to gain, a time to lose
A time to rend, a time to sow
A time for love, a time for hate
A time for peace, I swear it's not too late
I assisted at the Falla event in Montreal last night. it is based on a tradition from Valencia, Spain.
The Fallas are enormous models made out of papier mache, wood and wax, and often characaturing Spanish social and political current affairs. The models are burnt on the night of 19 March in a festival of fire, fireworks and organized mayhem. Fireworks and firecrackers play a big role in any fiestas held in this region, and Fallas is no exception.
Happy World Photography Day!
Our first snow in Boston... some of the trees still have their green leaves! It was soft and melted quickly - beautiful to watch!
I love the auto-tagging system. Flickr just added train, locomotive and car to my tags for this photo showing the decaying barn at Krigslida with some autumn colors behind it.
The sun is shining, but I think our snow is here to stay... ugh.
I like our winters better when the snow comes late rather than early...
I'm back for a short bit. :) My uploading on Flickr have not been as frequent as I wish the past months. I hope to get back to posting more in the future.
This photo is from what I think is the only sunny day with clear blue skies there has been this autumn. I was a Thursday, but luckily with my job working shifts I had time of then.
I of course went to the mountains, but not as far as I wished. It was a terrible wind up there so I decided to turn around.
Ecco arriva l'autunno!

Day 65 / 180
I was offered the opportunity to create this image for an up and coming book published under Green Willow Books (Harper Collins) for a potential book cover and couldn't resist.
This is my entry.
God has really been blessing me lately and I couldn't be more grateful. <3
Thank you all for your love and support through my growth as a photographer.
