"a silent hush and the muted soft crunch of snow, as the world is draped in a blanket of glistening white"

This summer has been way too hot - and it seems too long already. We have forgotten how cold and long the last winter was... and we are already looking forward to autumn. I think I like autumn more than summer - and even more than spring (which is always too short in the South of Ontario).

I love these frayed, frizzle frazzled lace-like Tulips!

On the Continent, for some reason they call them ‘frisée’ which means curly? Mmmm

I like it so much I took a very close-up. LOL

An 'oddity' like the petal is a photographic bonus.

Have a good day and thanks for your visit, so very much appreciated, Magda, (*_*)
