I just saw a shot of rasone's that he posted because he misses summer. So that inspired me to post a fall shot...because I really miss fall, even though it hasn't been over for very long. Sure, it's not that warm and it's not that sunny but the trees! Oh, the trees...and the waterfalls of course. Not to mention that's the only season I don't have allergies in, I even have allergies in the winter; what's up with that? Anyway, this shot was taken toward the bottom of Wahkeena Falls.
After enjoying several roadtrips to find the perfect fall colors and stepping outside as the weekend storm broke on Sunday, I had to take this shot! This is the lake beside the house being lit up by the afternoon sun hitting the brilliant trees on the island.
Things here are great and I am thankful!

eh, not happy with this one bit... but kenzie, who i met today, is awesome!! i want to shoot with her again. :D
its actually insane how busy ive been, and how much ive got to fit in before winter comes... ahhh, a bit stressful at times, but im more than thankful.

just a post and run to let you know i am still alive:)
we have just finished moving and getting used to living in a huge house:) but so far we are loving it:) i know i have been missing out on your shots, but please have some patience with me for a little while longer:) i hope things will be normal soon:)
