A fall display I found along the highway while doing my grocery run. Took this at night. They close at 1800hrs and I only get there at 2030 to 2100.
There is nothing like the birch trees when they make the change to fall colors... those golden leaves and that white bark is a perfect combination against a blue sky

We have already had snow, but most has melted away, it's only a matter of time before the fields are covered in a blanket of snow!

fall is aproaching! so today lacey and i went outside to enjoy the breeze and sunshine. even though it's 81 degrees outside lacey thought it was going to be cooler today so she was a little hot.... i would like to dedicate this picture to all the lacey fans outtheir because i know that she has a lot of them!
Just playing with Fall colours and special effects. This is another one of a series shots taken in Algonquin Park this past weekend. I can never get enough of Algonquin in the Fall.

Last weekend was probably the last of the peak fall colors for Alabama and I, along with two good friends, Outsideshot (Joe Miller) and Mike Callahan took advantage of it by going to Cheaha State Park and a small campground called Chinnabee Lake.
A wonderful story how "Chinnabee Silent Trail" was formed.
