A grey slab of sky greeted me this morning, so another misty shot from a few weeks back. I was very fortunate that morning as it wasn't too long before the mist lifted and there was nothing to see at all! Always get to your spot before sunrise is my motto :)

Curious Eastern Bluebird taking on a more neutral coloration as it prepares for its migration to the warmer south.
Common migrant and Summer resident that leaves in October. A small number sometimes overwinter in the area.

Found this waterfall while going over Cinnamon Pass, San Juans, CO.
Several minutes past sunset, RJCP03 rounds the S-curve just west of Lumber City, PA. With the train going 10-15 miles per hour through the curves between Curry Run and here, we had to literally pull out all the stops with a 50mm prime and a high ISO shot. It worked out surprisingly well once I dealt with the headlight flare in Photoshop.
