The rain came in the day after I shot this, so now we are just waiting for the winter and the snow.

Meanwhile December has arrived but the weather shows the typical face of November. Today there was no sunshine, it was cold and uncomfortable. So I decided to go out to enjoy the moment. Obernbeck, Löhne, Ostwestfalen, Germany
An old and abandoned dairy auction barn....not really all that interesting. But then you do a little research and discover that it was once someone’s dream to turn the land into an agricultural theme park! Sadly, the plans fell through and the dream probably turned into a nightmare. Twenty years later, the old buildings sit, dilapidated and falling into ruin. Just a faded memory.

A Gerbera flower, fading away, but still beautiful. Taken in my garden a while ago. The cold weather has killed off a lot of the flowers in my garden. Winter has hit suddenly.
