This corn field in the city of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is dressed in harvest attire. I looked into the setting sun over the field from my car as I waited for the traffic light to signal my advance. The scene seemed worthy of Flickr. With my camera by my side I quickly framed the image and snapped before driving on.

Dead or dying trees don’t always need to be removed, if they are located in a forested area or away from people and structures. These trees can serve as a home and refuge for woodpeckers and other wildlife. In addition, its nutrients enrich the soil near decaying wood, helping new plants to grow and keeping living ones healthy as the nutrients are reabsorbed.
I saw this tree in the park last year and felt so sad. No signs of life, it was rotting and full of fungi. Trees are my favorite gifts from nature.

Fade Into You

I wanna hold the hand inside you
I wanna take the breath that's true
I look to you and I see nothing
I look to you to see the truth
You live your life, you go in shadows
You'll come apart and you'll go black
Some kind of night into your darkness
Colors your eyes with what's not there
Fade into you
Strange you never knew
Fade into you
I think it's strange you never knew
A stranger's light comes on slowly
A stranger's heart is out of home
You put your hands into your head
A million smiles cover your heart
Fade into you
Strange you never knew
Fade into you
I think it's strange you never knew
Fade into you
Strange you never knew
Fade into you
I think it's strange you never knew
I think it's strange you never knew

Fading Out and Fading back in
Just like we do, We say that we're through
Then we find a way back to where we Left off like nothing was wrong
The flame will burn for a while but it won't last long 'til we go through the motions,
and we drown in the oceans
trying to get back what this was before we left it in the dust
Then we, get back to the basics
When it don't work then we chase it
Like there's something to chase
Girl we're fading away
Yeah fading away
In wireless communications, a fading channel is a communication channel that experiences signal loss. Fading is the variation in attenuation experienced by a signal and depends on multiple variables, these variables can be due to multipath propagation, weather (especially rain), geographical position, natural or artificial obstacles and the system operating frequency.
When making this urban capture and based on this that I have commented, it occurred to me to make this somewhat particular edition to the image.

♂ Onychogomphus costae in Agramón, Hellín, Albacete.
I went to find Onychogomphus cazuma but I didn't find it, but there were many a lot of species.I love this species, it looks like fine Chinese ceramic ! (At 100%, 0% crop)
I know the road you walked was anything but easy
You picked up your share of scars along the way
Oh, but now you're standing in the sun, you've fought your fight and your race is run
The pain is all a million miles away

Time,
eternal companion,
witness to light,
bringer of the darkness.
Washing away my memories, fading like foam,
counting minutes,
alone.
Life continues and so does this morning of Boneyard Journeys. Taken not long after "Praise the Sunrise" the color and beauty were gone. Changing perspective and focusing on the fleeting motion of the water and sea foam. Only minutes left before the sun was fully done. Wishing a happy Friday to all of my Flickr friends and will be catching up throughout the day.
