The intersection of Preston Avenue/Arlington Avenue has undergone some likely-temporary changes for some construction along Preston Avenue. My understanding is that there will be construction of a turning lane between Dumont Crescent and Wilson Crescent. Until construction is complete, northbound traffic is being accommodated in the southbound lanes. The median signal facing southbound traffic and the signs have been removed.
