In a room buzzing with anticipation and the hum of computers, a team from University of Central Florida clinched the title at the 2023 CyberForce Competition® held November 4. The event is hosted by the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security and Emergency Response (CESER) and supported by DOE’s Argonne.

The west front facing the National Mall was designed by Charles Bulfinch, who had previously completed the Massachusetts State House in Boston. It follows a similar style. Bulfinch was the third architect to be appointed to make changes to the Capitol.
The terraces we see were designed by Frederick Law Olmsted between 1874 and 1892 as well as the Capitol grounds landscaping.

Yesterday, after work, I walked from my house to the canyon above called Ward Canyon. It had been raining all afternoon. I stayed dry until the trail narrowed to the point that the leaves still dripping with rain water soaked my pants and shoes until there was nothing dry left.
But it was worth getting soaked for because of how fresh and new and beautiful everything was.
