August 6th 2002: Graffiti on the walls of the former U.S. embassy, now dubbed the "US den of espionage" in Tehran
When live is just plain shit, a day comes in which one feels tired of the struggle, tired of being defeated once and again.
On days like this you consider achiving the final victory, winning the ultimate battle and leaving all the crap behind.
With all honour, with your own hands and by your own decision.
The last victory of the defeated, of the tired warriors. They who just want to rest and say to the rest of the planet: "Fuck you all! Let me in peace!"
And the Earth spins round
While the people fall down
And the world stands still
Not a sound, not a sound

Markthal - Architecture
The Markthal Rotterdam (Est. 2014), a remarquable residential and office building with a market hall with many little shops and restaurants underneath. The front and rear glass facades are the largest glass-window cable structures in Europe and the inside of the building is adorned with a colorful 11.000 m2 artwork named "Hoorn des Overvloeds" (Cornucopia or Horn of Plenty).

NAGA
In myths, legends, scripture and folklore, the category naga comprises all kinds of serpentine beings.
ANGKOR THOM
Angkor Thom was built as a square, the sides of which run exactly north to south and east to west. Standing in the exact center of the walled city, Bayon Temple represents the intersection of heaven and earth. Built around 1190 AD by King Jayavarman VII, Bayon is a Buddhist temple but it incorporates elements of Hindu cosmology.
At the approach to the gates of Angkor Thom, there are two rows of giants. 54 devas or deities at left and 54 asuras or demons at right, all holding nagas.
Bayon is known for its huge stone faces of the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, with one facing outward and keeping watch at each compass point. The curious smiling image, thought by many to be a portrait of Jayavarman himself, has been dubbed by some the "Mona Lisa of Southeast Asia." There are 51 smaller towers surrounding Bayon, each with four faces of its own.
Bayon Temple is surrounded by two long walls bearing an extraordinary collection of bas-relief scenes of legendary and historical events. In all, there are are total of more than 11,000 carved figures over 1.2km of wall. .

Okay - I have done nothing to this, aside from the frame and I cloned out a power line!! I had a polarizer filter on my camera and this is how it turned out...I think the colors in the clouds look so cool!! And this was during the day!

An old industrial area in the sailing port of Marstrand was razed and replaced by traditional-looking buildings like these. These face the harbor across a cobbled street.

This photo was taken inside the World Financial Center in New York. The glass wall allows the people to stand by and observe the construction of the new Freedom Tower where the World Trade Center once stood.
