Minimal techno is a subgenre of techno music. It is characterized by a stripped-down aesthetic that exploits the use of repetition and understated development.

Many thanks for your much appreciated favorites and comments.
When coming to think about it, it is much a bitter-sweet situation common to all developing countries... Yes, there may well be exploitation there. Yet most people don't have much choice there, do they? They have their children to feed and parents to support: they are just struggling for survival. Given the modern way of consumption with all the promotions & impetus given to consumption, who is going to make the huge amount of commodities for them which would inevitably bring about pollution ? How many white collars --leave alone the tertiary section of the economy -- elsewhere or anywhere for that matter would prefer to go back to the factories ( or even the farmlands ), even if they are paid more which is obviously not quite the case?

It was declared a National Historic monument.
It was a property of Juan Narbona who exploited it like limekiln.
In the year 1738 there was constructed an oratory and a chapel that were the only ones between Montevideo and Villa Soriano
The Estancia de Narbona, (Narbona’s Farm), built by Don Juan de Narbona in 1732, is an archeological relic. Its Chapel and Oratory were the only ones that existed at those times between Montevideo and Villa Soriano. They were related to the Camacho family, and they are near the Camacho Bridge, surrounded by a beautiful park.

Assumption Cathedral on the right and Annunciation Cathedral on the left....The Assumption Cathedral is now the main temple of the Moscow Kremlin, and in the XV-XIX centuries it was the main Orthodox church of the Russian state. All Russian tsars were crowned here. Weddings and baptisms took place here. They prayed here before the military campaign. Metropolitans and patriarchs were elected here and buried here.....The Annunciation Cathedral ("the Cathedral Church of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos that the Great Sovereign has above" or "on the porch") is an Orthodox church in Moscow, located on the Cathedral Square of the Moscow Kremlin. Consecrated in honor of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos, it was the first house church of the Moscow grand dukes and tsars of the XVI century and the first tsar Mikhail Fedorovich before the construction of the Verkhospassky Cathedral......Golden domes shine,
Crowning temples exalted faces,
And years and centuries are reflected in them,
The stories are many-sided.
Golden domes are burning,
Casting off the sun 's glare,
Displaying as if in mirrors,
The harsh fate of a great country.
The difficult history of the Slavs,
Their knights on the battlefield scarlet tunics,
That they fought to the death keeping the motherland,
Defending Russia from the encroachments of the wild steppe.
From the hordes of foreign basurman,
With the sword of those who came to the boundless expanses,
And other quirky tyrants,
Creating ruin and strife.
But Russia did not disappear and did not dissolve
Within the infinite universe,
And preserved the memory for centuries
About the exploits of the great and conquests.
And the golden domes did not go out,
The exalted faces of the temples have not been erased,
And reflected in them as if in mirrors
The harsh history of a great country.
And there is no need to praise an already great country,
She will declare herself properly,
But no one should forget history,
And you don't need to take swords out of their scabbards either.

They are located in the municipality of Cangas de Onís and are accessed through a 14.5 km road that begins in the Royal Site of Covadonga to first reach Lake Enol, also including a small road that would take them to Lake Ercina. Its frequent use since 1983 as the end of the stage in the Cycling Tour of Spain has made the place internationally popular.
The massive influx of tourists, especially cycling fans, has forced the development of cycling events in the Los Lagos area to be limited. However, the area has a tourist infrastructure.
The excessive influx of visitors, especially in high season, has also meant that access by car to the Lakes is restricted, with access only possible using public transport enabled for this purpose. Private vehicles cannot circulate on the access road to Los Lagos for 6 months a year, during high season. In low season, there are no access restrictions with a private vehicle.
In the vicinity of Lake Ercina, in Buferrera, iron, manganese and mercury mines were exploited until 1979. People who visit this area have at their disposal a parking lot "Buferrera parking", a visitor center, a shelter and two restaurant bars for their enjoyment.

Broto is a municipality of Spain in the province of Huesca, Autonomous Community of Aragon. It has an area of 128.50 km² with a population of 531 inhabitants (INE 2018) and a density of 4.28 inhabitants / km².
The town of Broto is the natural head of the Broto Valley, and traditionally it has been the meeting place of the Conzello de Broto, an institution of the valley that formerly served as parliament and deputation of all the towns of the same, where they had to take all decisions involving its neighbors; forest and agricultural exploitation concessions, economic regulations and leases, faceries (especially important in this place those that linked it with the French valley of Barèges), court, etc. The institution is still functional today, although to a greater degree than it was in the past, today it is governed mainly by the towns of Broto and neighboring Torla-Ordesa. Today its functions are greatly diminished with respect to the degree of autonomy it enjoyed with the old fueros, since it was sponsored by the Aragonese royal house, its operation being regulated for the first time in the 13th century.
The Conzello held its meetings inside the Prison building, which also includes rooms that were used as a prison until the 18th century, and where some of the inmates made engravings on the walls, some of them with singular skill, which have become one more of the multiple attractions of the town, being visited on specific dates.
The nucleus of Broto is structured around the national highway, called Avenida de Ordesa as it passes through the town, with all the shops open to it. The church is located in the highest part of town, on the same side of the road as the jail, although the latter is closer to the river. On the south side of the road, you can look for the Plaza de las Herrerías (also called "de la Santa Cruz" or "de los Porches") which constitutes one of the most beautiful views of the town.
The two neighborhoods that make up Broto are separated, one on each bank of the Ara, with the Santa Cruz neighborhood in the north and the so-called Barrio de los Porches in the south. It is a deeply rooted custom in the towns of Alto Aragón to consider and name as different neighborhoods simple groupings of houses that, as in this case, are separated only by a watercourse over which a bridge rises. Formerly both neighborhoods were linked by a single medieval bridge that was unfortunately destroyed in the course of the Civil War (it is worth noting the harshness that this conflict reached in this area of Aragon, reaching its peak with the phenomenon called the Bielsa Stock Exchange) . Today between the two neighborhoods the road runs over a concrete bridge.
Currently, the only surviving Romanesque bridge is the one that crosses over the river Sorrosal next to the so-called Cascada del Sorrosal, a waterfall that falls from a rock wall until it falls below the town of Broto. The Sorrosal bridge is nowadays closed to the transit of people who have to go through a parallel bridge enabled a few meters away and that, likewise, leads to the neighboring place of Oto.

I just want to add that all my life I was an athlete of many sports and I never thought I would do art. Mainly because I never gave it a legitimate chance. However, three years ago I picked up my first camera and my life has changed. I am so intrigued by the lines, colors, sharpness, contrast, reflection, and most importantly the EMOTION photography portrays in each individual.

Turquoise Lake is one of the tourist attractions of Wolin National Park. It is located south of the village of Wapnica (Międzyzdroje commune). Its area is 6.74 ha and it is 21.2 m deep. Since the groundwater level is 2.6 m above sea level, the lake forms a crypto depression with a depth of 18.6 m below sea level.
Before World War II, there was a chalk mine on the site of today's Turquoise Lake. After the end of World War II, the Russians dismantled the equipment located there and the open-cast mine gradually began to fill with water. In 1948, the Polish authorities decided to resume exploitation of the deposit, but by 1954 the chalk deposit had already been exhausted.
There is a karst phenomenon in the lake. The name of the lake comes from the bluish-green color of the water surface, which is caused by the splitting of sunlight in clear water and the reflections of the white chalk substrate with calcium carbonate compounds remaining on the bottom.
This lake is one of the greatest natural attractions of the region of Teruel. Since 2006, this wetland between Cella and Villarquemado is being restored in different steps in which can practically be followed as a live project.
The target is to control 300 to 400 ha of flood, making profit of an environment that was drained throughout history to exploit the richness of the soil for growing crops. Before 1729, when the process for complete drying started, a total length of nearly 10 km2 has been reached.
Sayama Hill (狭山丘陵) is an inselberg or isolated hill like Ayers Rock in the middle of flat Musashino. It is like a green island in the densely populated Tokyo suburb.
Japanese animation movie titled Tonarino Totoro (となりのトトロ My Neighbor Totoro) directed by Hayao Miyazaki (宮崎駿) is a nostalgic story set in Sayama Hill in the 1960s when it was a typical rural area but it is not like the movie anymore.
Sayama Hill strides over several municipalities in Tokyo and Saitama prefectures. This photo was taken in Higashi-yamato city (東大和市), Tokyo.
It is a typical Satoyama (里山), traditional agroforestry, in which a forest is maintained according to the needs of neighbouring communities (里 Sato) that exploit its resources such as fire woods, construction material, food, fertiliser, etc.

Street photography from Glasgow, Scotland.
Captured in September 2019 during an exercise I gave to my Street Photography Workshop for them to look for different angles and perspectives as we walked around. Of course I ensured that the person begging in the shot was suitably anonymised so that the image is for narrative and is not in any way exploitative.
I'm thinking of the millions of people currently displaced across Ukraine. Over 2 million displaced out of the country but countless millions more ran out of their homes to another part of the country, all while being under artillery and rocket fire. I cannot begin to imagine the depths of pain, despair and loss that they are feeling.
I'm also thinking of those displaced and homeless throughout the United Kingdom as a result of poverty driven by the cost of living crisis and Government policy over the past decade. My own energy prices have risen 129% overnight.
I'm also thinking of those displaced out of their homes, steadings and traditional nomadic routes in Ethiopia right now. Years and years of lower than average rainfall are now leading to a famine of the levels not seen since 1985. The building humanitarian disaster is expected to be worse than that thanks, in no small part, to the climate emergency.
We all need water, food and shelter - these basics that are essential for life should be a given in our modern world.
Today I am thinking of those who have been or are being displaced from their homes. I wish I could help more.
Cattle Egret - Bubulcus ibis
The cattle egret (Bubulcus ibis) is a cosmopolitan species of heron (family Ardeidae) found in the tropics, subtropics and warm temperate zones.
It is a white bird adorned with buff plumes in the breeding season. It nests in colonies, usually near bodies of water and often with other wading birds. The nest is a platform of sticks in trees or shrubs. Cattle egrets exploit drier and open habitats more than other heron species. Their feeding habitats include seasonally inundated grasslands, pastures, farmlands, wetlands and rice paddies. They often accompany cattle or other large mammals, catching insect and small vertebrate prey disturbed by these animals. Some populations of the cattle egret are migratory and others show post-breeding dispersal.
The cattle egret has undergone one of the most rapid and wide reaching natural expansions of any bird species. It was originally native to parts of Southern Spain and Portugal, tropical and subtropical Africa and humid tropical and subtropical Asia. In the end of the 19th century it began expanding its range into southern Africa, first breeding in the Cape Province in 1908. Cattle egrets were first sighted in the Americas on the boundary of Guiana and Suriname in 1877, having apparently flown across the Atlantic Ocean. It was not until the 1930s that the species is thought to have become established in that area.
The species first arrived in North America in 1941 (these early sightings were originally dismissed as escapees), bred in Florida in 1953, and spread rapidly, breeding for the first time in Canada in 1962. It is now commonly seen as far west as California. It was first recorded breeding in Cuba in 1957, in Costa Rica in 1958, and in Mexico in 1963, although it was probably established before that. In Europe, the species had historically declined in Spain and Portugal, but in the latter part of the 20th century it expanded back through the Iberian Peninsula, and then began to colonise other parts of Europe; southern France in 1958, northern France in 1981 and Italy in 1985.
Breeding in the United Kingdom was recorded for the first time in 2008 only a year after an influx seen in the previous year. In 2008, cattle egrets were also reported as having moved into Ireland for the first time. This trend has continued and cattle egrets have become more numerous in southern Britain with influxes in some numbers during the non breeding seasons of 2007/08 and 2016/17. They bred in Britain again in 2017, following an influx in the previous winter, and may become established there.
In Australia, the colonisation began in the 1940s, with the species establishing itself in the north and east of the continent. It began to regularly visit New Zealand in the 1960s. Since 1948 the cattle egret has been permanently resident in Israel. Prior to 1948 it was only a winter visitor.
Ganesha or Ganesh, also known as Ganapati and Vinayaka, is one of the best-known and most worshipped deities in the Hindu pantheon. His image is found throughout India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali (Indonesia) and Bangladesh and in countries with large ethnic Indian populations including Fiji, Mauritius and Trinidad and Tobago. Hindu denominations worship him regardless of affiliations.Devotion to Ganesha is widely diffused and extends to Jains and Buddhists.
Although he is known by many attributes, Ganesha's elephant head makes him easy to identify.Ganesha is widely revered as the remover of obstacles, the patron of arts and sciences and the deva of intellect and wisdom. As the god of beginnings, he is honoured at the start of rites and ceremonies. Ganesha is also invoked as patron of letters and learning during writing sessions. Several texts relate mythological anecdotes associated with his birth and exploits.
Ganesha likely emerged as a deity as early as the 1st century CE,but most certainly by the 4th and 5th centuries CE, during the Gupta period, although he inherited traits from Vedic and pre-Vedic precursors. Hindu mythology identifies him as the restored son of Parvati and Shiva of the Shaivism tradition, but he is a pan-Hindu god found in its various traditions. In the Ganapatya tradition of Hinduism, Ganesha is the supreme deity. The principal texts on Ganesha include the Ganesha Purana, the Mudgala Purana, and the Ganapati Atharvashirsa. Brahma Purana and Brahmanda Purana are other two Puranic genre encyclopaedic texts that deal with Ganesha.

Parys Mountain (Welsh: Mynydd Parys) is located south of the town of Amlwch in north east Anglesey, Wales. It is the site of a large copper mine that was extensively exploited in the late 18th century
The mountain was mined for copper ore in the early Bronze Age, as shown by sub-surface debris nearly 4,000 years old revealed during excavations in 2002. Since then access has been regained to the sealed underground workings of the Parys mine revealing further evidence for this ancient mining. Parys Mountain is thus one of the few sites in Britain where there is evidence for the prehistoric beginnings of the British metal mining industry.
The Irati forest or jungle (Iratiko oihana in Basque) is a forest distributed between the north of Navarra (Spain) and the Atlantic Pyrenees (Sola and Lower Navarra) in southwestern France.
For its Spanish part, it is located in the valley of the Irati river, between the Orzanzurieta and Roncesvalles mountains to the west, and the Orhi mountain to the east. The southern limit is set by the imposing mass of the Sierra de Abodi. The main accesses are to the west through Orbaiceta (Valle de Aézcoa) and to the east through Ochagavía (Valle de Salazar).
It is the largest forest mass in Navarra and one of the largest and best preserved beech (Fagus sylvatica) and fir (Abies alba) forests in all of Europe. Despite being a forest exploited by forestry since the 16th-17th centuries, the respect and good work of the inhabitants of these valleys has made it fully preserved. There are several protected areas within the area: the entire Irati is a ZEPA (Special Bird Protection Area), as well as protected areas such as Natural Reserve or Integral Reserve of the total 17,000 ha of forest.
