The Devon Yawl design has evolved over two hundred years from the inshore fishing boats of the south Devon coast and one of England’s oldest racing classes; the Salcombe Yawl. The Devon Yawl is a boat that is fun to own and fun to sail. As an all-weather racer, the boat is fast and responsive, satisfying for both the novice and the expert. She can be single-handed and yet is roomy enough for all the family to enjoy. The weight of the centreplate and ballast contribute to her inherent stability, which coupled with a large sail area gives her an excellent performance. She is truly a performance daysailer. The Devon Dayboat is a derivative with a cuddy based on the same hull and sail plan as the Devon Yawl.

The All New Angel Of The South

By Brendan Rawlings (Zen Wood Design)

£18,500.00

This sculpture is a one of a kind and evokes power and unrivaled assurance in where one is heading born out of action or faith.

The angel is made from driftwood and is lightly painted in an eco friendly white. The driftwood that makes up th ebody and limbs was found in Exmouth and the feathers from all over East Devon and North Cornwall. The feathers are also hardwoods like hazel and cedar.

This sculpture is over 1ft in length and is suspended 3 feet from the steel base giving it the illusion that it is flying.

The sculpture has been temporarily leant to Topsham and so will be reising outside St Margarets Church until it's purchase.

Our DOF Cine kit is ideal for the cinematographer shooting with a DOF (depth of field) 35mm lens adapter such as a Letus35, Brevis, MovieTube, P+S Tecnik, and/or RedRock Micro, on a tripod, dolly or Steadicam. The DOF adapter allows you to use Nikon, Canon or Zeiss still lenses and achieve the same shallow DOF as a 35mm motion picture film.

Zacuto was the first to design a camera package using rods behind the camera for mounting and counterbalance. The mount behind the camcorder holds batteries to power the monitor and accessories and provide a counterbalance to offset the weight of the camera, DOF adapter and accessories. The counterbalance weight can quickly slide along the rods to achieve a perfectly balanced camera rig. The Zamerican arm uses Zacuto Z-Release technology to quickly release the monitor or hard drive to make setup and location moves quick and easy. Attach your wireless microphone receiver to the plate in back and you are ready to shoot.

Zacuto’s baseplate kits are universal and quick-releasable; they can be used with any 15mm lightweight accessories, follow focuses & matte boxes. The kits are designed to be use with current and future models of cameras & camcorders such as the: Panasonic HVX200a, DVX100a/b, Canon XL-H1, XL2, GL2, XH-A1 Sony XDCAM EX1, EX3, SO-HVR-Z1U, VX2000, PD-150, PD-170, JVC GY-HD100U, HD200U, HD250U, Silicon Imaging SI2K, RED ONE, and many more.

Designed and manufactured by Zacuto using the highest quality materials to extreme tolerances. Made in the USA. Zacuto lifetime warranty.
