In fall and winter, the scent of cinnamon bark essential oil is reminiscent of the holiday season. Cinnamon essential oil is ideal for use in diffuser blends for aromatherapy to invoke feelings of security and comfort, and for dilution with carrier oils for topical use.

The first day was rough. The next morning we decamped to Tim's for coffee, donuts, and wi-fi.

I recently had to replace a tatty hedge with a tidy fence. I wanted to build a fence that created a visual barrier but allowed the wind through. To do this I made a structure of 'Yorkshire Board' but put the boards at an angle to make best use of the timber.
To do that I created a spread sheet that determined the length of each board and how many I would get from each plank to give me a fence 42 inches high. The resulting columns of figures suggested the I should include the boards at 20 degrees from the vertical and by doing so I would loose a couple of inches from each 15 foot length.
The columns above are :-
A - Degrees
B - Degrees converted to Radians
D & E - Sin & Cosine (of the angle)
G - The length of each board (42 / COS angle + 6 * SIN angle)
I - No of board (Plank length / board length)
#25 Column/s for 119 pictures in 2019

My camera refuses to capture the tank in its true colours so for now, black and white will have to do.

Visit to the John Watling’s Distillery on the Essential Nassau Excursion on our day in Nassau. Loved the two large chickens who were a great part of the tour! It was our first visit to the Bahamas, so we thought it would be a good way to see the area. Our driver and tour guide Skip did a great job taking us around. This is the tour description: "Take in the sights of Nassau and Paradise Island in air-conditioned comfort, with photo stops and samples of tasty local food and drink along the way. On this guided tour, you’ll make about seven stops, one of them the Nassau Rum Cake Factory to taste delicious cakes soaked in rum. For amazing views of Nassau, climb the Queen’s Staircase of more than 65 steps carved by slaves out of solid coral rock, giving you an amazing view of Nassau below. Then visit John Watling’s Distillery to see how rum is made and sip some samples. Take advantage of photo ops at late 18th-century Fort Charlotte, built to defend the island against pirates, as well as the luxurious Atlantis Royal Towers. You’ll also stop at the local foodie favorite fish fry in colorful Junkanoo Beach, followed by a stop at the bustling Straw Market to browse handmade Bahamian crafts, gifts, local foods, souvenirs and more." Here are the general pictures from that day, I will share other pictures later. These were taken on board the Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas for a 9 Night Southeast Coast & Bahamas Cruise (February 14th through the 23rd, 2019). The itinerary include stops in Charleston (SC), Port Canaveral (FL), Freeport (Grand Bahama Island), Nassau (Bahamas) and Miami (FL) before heading back to Baltimore.
