Well there my essential travel items to Sydney in Dec 07.
A Fuji Finepix S6500fd 6Mp camera with spare batteries. A case which when I go will hold 8 x 2Gb XD cards, there will be another 2Gb card in the Fuji and another one in the Olympus Fe-130 with which I took this picture. (20Gb of storage in total!!)
1Gb Ipod Nano plus Senheisser headphones (now replaced with a 3rd gen Nano)
Update: My Fuji is now backup to my Canon 400D, and my 2hd gen nano has been replaced by a video nano - which in turn has been replaced by an iphone, how technology moves on!!

The Christmas tree is the essential symbol of christmas. I guess next to Santa Claus, the tree holds the focus of the season...the present. Here is a naked tree (no presents) at Renate and Bill's.
I loved the way the bulbs reflected off of the polished floor. It is the brokeh of the essence of Christmas.
We drove to So. Cal for the annual boat parade party at Rennet and Bill's house. It was a great time seeing my cousins again. I got a million pictures but will only upload a thousand.
