It is essential that Agencies understand how to start assessing their creativity and measuring it’s success. And equally essential for Marketers to know what data they need to extract from their end to help prove the case.
From the entry process to selecting categories to crafting your entry, it will all be covered. And, there will also be top tips and hints on how to arrest the attention of the jury when they’re reading your case.
AgriFeD (Agriculture, Femmes et Développement) Program in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Training session on cassava growing, fortification, transformation, and business skills for women entrepreneurs, market sellers and SGBV survivors at the University of Kinshasa AgriFeD training center. At the end of the 5-day session, participants know how to grow cassava, produce bread-making cassava flour from the roots and bake a variety of products that range from pizza dough to bread, pasta and cakes. DRC produces 15 million tons of cassava per year, and Congolese are the first consumers in the world.
Cassava flour is also a primary ingredient for young children food, unfortunately, it does not meet their nutritional requirements, resulting in chronic malnutrition. The biofortification helps increase Cassava's Vitamin A content, a vitamin essential to strengthen the immune system and reduce child blindness and maternal mortality.

A camera toss series. I hadn't done any of these in a long time and thought it good to revisit the bare essentials considering it was a camera I had not used for the technique yet. A single white LED provides the light source, exposures vary from .7sec to 2sec. What is produced is essentially an inverted physiogram (inverted in that it illustrates camera motion rather than subject motion) and can tell you alot about the movement possible with a given model of camera.
I also had been meaning to do this simplistic series for a while, because I feel achieving something aesthetically wonderful does not require an overly complicate light source, the beauty is ultimately due to the motion.
All images in this series are directly from my Kodak Easyshare 3.1mp camera, no hotoshop, no cropping or manipulation other than image rotation.

Visit to the John Watling’s Distillery on the Essential Nassau Excursion on our day in Nassau. Loved the two large chickens who were a great part of the tour! It was our first visit to the Bahamas, so we thought it would be a good way to see the area. Our driver and tour guide Skip did a great job taking us around. This is the tour description: "Take in the sights of Nassau and Paradise Island in air-conditioned comfort, with photo stops and samples of tasty local food and drink along the way. On this guided tour, you’ll make about seven stops, one of them the Nassau Rum Cake Factory to taste delicious cakes soaked in rum. For amazing views of Nassau, climb the Queen’s Staircase of more than 65 steps carved by slaves out of solid coral rock, giving you an amazing view of Nassau below. Then visit John Watling’s Distillery to see how rum is made and sip some samples. Take advantage of photo ops at late 18th-century Fort Charlotte, built to defend the island against pirates, as well as the luxurious Atlantis Royal Towers. You’ll also stop at the local foodie favorite fish fry in colorful Junkanoo Beach, followed by a stop at the bustling Straw Market to browse handmade Bahamian crafts, gifts, local foods, souvenirs and more." Here are the general pictures from that day, I will share other pictures later. These were taken on board the Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas for a 9 Night Southeast Coast & Bahamas Cruise (February 14th through the 23rd, 2019). The itinerary include stops in Charleston (SC), Port Canaveral (FL), Freeport (Grand Bahama Island), Nassau (Bahamas) and Miami (FL) before heading back to Baltimore.
Espresso soap is scented with coffee essential oil with just a touch (hardly at all) of cinnamon essential oil. It smells like just plain coffee. It also has white kaolin clay, oats and finely ground coffee. This is a good kitchen soap with rich, thick lather and a bit of scrub from the coffee.
Just Pinned to Essential Oils: Did you know adding 10 drops of frankincense oil to a warm bath can help relieve muscle soreness and arthritis? Most people have no idea! Find out the many ways you could be using this powerful essential oil to boost your health. ift.tt/2isIqmc
Our everyday life is can often be described as a flow, that is constantly taking us forward. We pass by places, things and people, leaving our memories and experiences behind and we sometimes don’t have an opportunity to stand up, stop and look around or behind ourselves, to see all the way, all the traces, the inanimate witnesses, that silently remember us passing by. In this photo series I sought to slow down, disconnect myself from the motion and look back, look up and down. I moved to the sides and touched the objects, had a closer look at them, inspected the marks, textures and lines, tried to observe them back and seek for the clues for the stories they had witnessed.
