Governor John Carney on Sunday issued the fourth and fifth modifications to his State of Emergency declaration, ordering Delawareans to stay at home whenever possible and closing all non-essential businesses in Delaware to help fight the spread of COVID-19.
The orders go into effect at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. They will remain in effect until May 15 or until the public health threat is eliminated.
The Governor was joined by DHSS Secretary Dr. Kara Odom Walker and DEMA Director A.J. Schall.
"We need to take this virus seriously," said Secretary Walker, a practicing family physician. "No more gatherings on a boardwalk. No more sleepovers. No more standing outside in a group for ice cream. This virus is highly contagious, and anyone who is infected – whether they know it or not – can spread it to 2 to 3 more people. We all need to model our actions as if we already do have COVID-19."

The pizza? A fresh Habanero, minced with green olives, garlic, salt, olive oil, parsley and, yes, anchovies. Think of it as nuclear pesto. Spread over the pizza, adorned with sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and the result is an incendiary delight. Just wear gloves when handling the paste.
