Digital oops! I had never seen a iPhone camera error, until now. I'm kinda shocked at the level of complexity that came out without me doing anything - art for free! There's like 5 or 6 different photos mixed in, so weird.

Stunning Saturday Sunset Dreamy Dramatic Dusk Magical Magnificent Moment - IMRAN™
I am sure you have never done careless things like this. It was going to be a stunning sunset, so I took my drone out to the dock with my dogs. Usually, I am very proactive about putting up some sort of "flag" on a device if I have pulled the memory card out to take data to the computer.
The previous time I had used the drone, I had not gone back inside the house from the usual entrance. When I took the card out and placed the drone on the countertop, I did not have my regular "flag" nearby to indicate and remind me that the card was not in there. So, here I was with the dogs, and a fully charged drone, and no memory card in it when I walked to the dock.
It was too much trouble to go back inside and come back with the card, as sunset would be over and true dusk would not have set in. I figured I may as well do a Livestream if I cannot capture photos or videos on the memory card. Unfortunately, either because there was no card, or due to some other FaceBook Live glitch, the drone app gave broadcast-not-possible errors. So, I just brought the drone back inside, remembered to reinsert the memory card into it, and went for a walk with Kennedy and K2.
As we were returning from the usual nearly one-mile walk, I saw that the dusk was even more dramatic than the sunset had been. I stood on the seashells and rocks at the back of my blessed home and took 4 handheld iPhone 11 Pro Max photos. I then merged them into a panorama in Photoshop on my laptop.
I am certain you will be as awed by the dramatic dusk and the magical moment as I was. I bowed my head in Maghreb prayer and offered a word of gratitude to the Almighty Allah, the one God of all the universe. I sent a silent prayer towards my beloved late parents in heaven, so they would know that with every vision I see and capture I pray that their souls can see it too.... through my eyes, my heart, my mind, and my soul.... until we meet again... on the other side of the dusk of my time on earth.

Taking a photo off my tripod, I dropped my D600 and it broke, giving me the dreaded error message. Oh no! This photo is a tribute my trusty camera before I send it to Nikon for repair :)
I was waitting for someone to commit an error during the race, it finally happend, he came out in a corner, and I got the picture I was searching for. Errors are paid expensive for them, but make me glad.
I want to dedicate that shot to my friend Toni Aguilar.
This creation was built in 15 hours before Bricking Bavaria this year. It was inspired by an unknown South Korean artist whose work I’ve seen in a lobby of a hotel in Seoul. I like the idea of “distorting reality”, so I was curious to explore it in LEGO form. It was trickier than I thought to build as some bricks weren’t aligning as easily, initially I wanted to make the distorted effects slightly longer, however I ran out of bricks and time. There is definitely room for improvement and I would like to hear your feedback on what exactly. Let me know what you think, thanks!

Jesus came to bring spiritual LIFE to the spiritually dead and set the captives FREE! FREE from RELIGION, ERROR and outright LIES, so WE might serve THE LIVING GOD! In SPIRIT and in TRUTH!
So you'll KNOW, and not think you're to bad for God to love. The Christian LIFE isn't about how good WE are, because NONE of us are! It's about how GOOD JESUS IS! Because JESUS LOVES US, so much he died in our place and took the punishment for all of our sins on himself. The wages of sin is DEATH, and Jesus took the death WE so richly deserved for us and died in our place. The good news is, there's no more punishment for sin left. WE, you and I were all born forgive as a result of the crucifixion of God himself on the cross that took away the sins of the whole world. All we have to do is believe it, and put your Faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. That my friends is REAL UNCONDITIONAL LOVE! YOU ARE LOVED. ❤️ ✝️ ❤️

Film is always so much more... satisfying than digital. This stream was for a long time exclusively analog. So, I need to shut up and get busy with "the smelly stuff!" ;-}

Es dificil expresar que se siente cuando creas algo tan complejo, no te importa el cansancio, ni el sueño, ni el frio, solo piensas en que lo has conseguido, que la foto que has estado imaginando toda la semana, que creias que era imposible de hacer, donde cualquier pequeño fallo podria echar a perder todo el trabajo, que una vez in situ te surjen mil problemas que tienes que superar, por fin te ha salido y te has ganado un par de horas de sueño pensando en el gran trabajo de equipo que has realizado. Nunca me cansare de agradecer a mi equipo el apoyo y el esfuerzo que realizan para conseguir locuras como esta.
La idea era crear un cuadro dentro de una foto con un plus de dificultad añadido, aplicarle una tecnica de photoshop llamada out of bounds ( fuera de marco), haciendo ver que algunas chispas de la lana de acero salian del cuadro, pero sin necesidad de edicion. Muchas repeticiones nos han hecho falta para conseguir encajar la imagen dentro de los limites del marco, mas de 4 horas de trabajo entre pruebas, opciones y errores, pero si tienes una idea y sabes que tu tecnica te permite llevarla a cabo, todo es posible en el light painting. Este año vamos a participar en el II congreso internacional de light painting de Oviedo, con una ponencia y un taller donde explicaremos y enseñaremos hasta donde hemos llegado en nuestra investigacion sobre tapados en el light painting, no os lo podeis perder. Como siempre en una sola toma y sin edicion posterior.

On the Taranaki coast near Oakura, the bow of the "Gairloch" is slowly crumbling into the sand. This rusted iron skeleton has been a local landmark for over a century...
SS "Gairloch" (built in Glasgow in 1884) was owned by the Northern Steamship Company, which ran a coastal shipping service between Onehunga (Auckland), New Plymouth, Wanganui and Nelson in the late C19th/early C20th.
On the dark moonless night of 05 Jan.1903, the "Gairloch" had narrowly missed colliding with her sister ship, the "Ngapuhi" which was leaving the port of New Plymouth...when she ran aground on Timaru Reef about 15km south.
Captain Arthur Austen and his 20 crew rowed to the New Plymouth breakwater and were housed for the night at the Breakwater Hotel.
The next day, a harbour board dredge helped to salvage personal effects from the "Gairloch" – particularly silverware, linen, upholstery and spirits. The harbourmaster assessed the extensively-holed vessel as 'unsalvageable'. The Northern Steamship Company did not insure its vessels at that time, so was forced to swallow the loss – though its policy on that soon changed!
A court of enquiry found the master had made an error in hugging the land so closely in the dark of the night, and suspended his certificate for three months, as well as fining him £10 toward costs.
Storms, time, tides, and the occasional souvenir hunter, are gradually claiming what's left of the "Gairloch". The bow area is now all that can be seen regularly but, by wading out into the ocean a short distance (at low tide of course!), you'll find the bottom plates and remnants of the ship's engines - now home to various kinds of sea life.
You can reach the wreck by driving down Lower Timaru Road and then walking a few hundred metres south along the coast.
