The Equal Love / IDAHO Rally on May 14th was a great success, and unsurprisingly there was A LOT of love for IDAHO.
Longtime Equal Vision Records’ band Bane has announced several upcoming tour dates throughout the US, Asia, and Europe/UK. The band is currently touring in support of their fourth and final full-length album, Don’t Wait Up, which was released on May 13, 2014.

On a windy Saturday night in Tulsa, the BOK Center’s cavernous interior was transformed from a typical arena into a cathedral of visceral spectacle. For a few hours, Ghost summoned a congregation of devoted fans and casual rock pilgrims alike, delivering a performance equal parts theatrical ritual and arena-rock powerhouse. My Midwest’s Michael Rush Photography was there to capture images of Ghost as they began to set the crowd off in a unanimous roar of excitement.

The four largest bottles on the top shelf are traditional 'issho-bin', or "1-sho bottles", a Japanese quantity equal to 1.8 litres.

This image was part of a campaign I created that raised awareness of racism within our society and the culture differences. I chose to join these two faces together as one is a spanish female and the other a caribbean boy. I felt these nationalities were very different and also their facial features were distinctive enough to highlight my point of that everyone is equal although we look very different. I wanted my images to make people do a double take and then look closely and realise that they are in fact two completely different people.
My main artist inspirations for this project were graphic designer Barbara Kruger and conceptual artist John Stezaker.
