this came back for a minor plumbing repair so i snapped some pics in the lot. I built 2 of these in 2010, pretty much from scratch with no drawings. it almost ruined my life.

London, England. Sometimes in life I feel like I've just hit a wall. I didn't even realize that when I was working on this shot for today. Here's to getting over the wall (or through it.....etc).
As a hiring manager, I gave each of these people pictured an equal opportunity when they came in to interview with me. I hired them based upon their skills and their attitudes, not the way they appear.
In America, it is illegal to pass on a candidate for a job position based upon their ethnicity.
The stereotypes surrounding each ethnicity, which there are hundreds of, do not always prove true. Nobody should be judged based solely on their appearance.
