This is taken at the Florida Railroad Museum. They had a polar express train ride for x-mas and an actual train took them to the "north pole".
Fort Yellowstone was established Between 1891 and 1897. The Corps of Engineers was called upon shortly thereafter to improve and standardize the roads that were scratched between "major attractions" by superintendent Norris. This building was erected in 1903. It served as the Corps of Engineers office for the duration of Fort Yellowstone. It's foundations extends to the water table.
Because of it's roof, it's portico, and nearly square shape, the building was early-on christened "The Pagoda. It's still called that today by both those that know the story and those that don't.

Worth a look are the glass etchings near the main entrance to Newcastle Civic Centre.
