-This image best displays the element form because of the various parts of the Lego character that provide this, such as the snout of the character shows the spherical form of the snout. The shadows created on different sides of the snout gives the character its 3-Dimensional virtue. The highlights created by lighting also show the high points of certain points (ex. the high points of the cheeks and eyes), and created more visual height within the picture.

Workshop mit Jessica Broscheidt

Was ist dieses unsichtbare Element „Luft“, das wir weder sehen noch schmecken, nur manchmal riechen, und von dem wir uns – selbst in Verbindung mit Liebe – nicht ernähren können, für unsere Existenz aber elementar ist und uns mit allem und jeden innerhalb der Atmosphäre unseres Planeten verbindet?

Der Workshop begann mit einer Exkursion zu Hamburgs Luftmessstationen. Gesammelt wurden neben den dort erhobenen Daten, persönliche Reize und Empfindungen, um diese am zweiten Tag in einen individualisierten Luftdetektor zu überführen. Jessica Broscheit arbeitete mit den Teilnehmenden daran, wie sich die gesammelten Informationen in eine andere Sprache (z.B. Klang) übersetzen und visuell, haptisch und akustisch erfahrbar machen lassen.

Der Workshop findet mit freundlicher Unterstützung durch Prof. Dr. Kai von Luck, Dr. Susanne Draheim und dem Creative Space for Technical Innovations der HAW Hamburg statt.
