After adding the eggs, it's goddamn sticky, just like chewing gum. And it's quite tricky/sticky job to put the dough into the pastry bag and to make proper shapes on the baking paper.

This confectionary with a number of branches in the city, serves pretty good cakes and amazingly, a variety of eclairs.
This tangy berry eclair was quite superb!
