So I'm finally there with my STAP, actually a lot sooner than I thought. Just got the new 1x4 smooth curved slope in reddish brown, which really makes it for this vehicle.

Lego Star Wars Droids Lineup

A SNOT Vulture Droid.

A quick build between bigger projects!

Inpired by Inthert's droid.

A small build, inspired by Ordo. Shoutout to him!

H1-K3 is a modified BB-unit droid. Instead of having a ball-shaped body, this droid has legs. The owner of this droid loves hiking, and so he mostly used H1 for carrying his bag with food, first aid supplies and other things that might come in handy while going on a long hike.

the Assassin droid is coming...

A lego TIE Droid in the style of jerac's TIE Fighters

This spider droid was the first moc I created in studio and I never thought I was going to post it because it is only has minor differences from other popular builds. My build has a completely different internal structure that took a long time to work out, and although I am happy with it I could have saved a lot of time looking at other builds.

I found these big panel pieces and immediately thought they'd make a good basis for this ship. And it's about time my droid minifigs gor some reinforcements, right?

It appears that the sun of Geonosis is good for Battle Droid skin.

Another Star Wars MOC from last summer.

I entered this for the Steel City LUG Q1 Star Wars-themed build challenge this year and was awarded 1st place!

The Lucrehulk-class Droid Control Ship was one of the many warships used by the Trade Federation and the Separatist Navy, and arguably the most important weapon in their arsenals. Droid Control Ships were used to coordinate battle droid armies (Description from starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Lucrehulk-class_Droid_Control_Ship )

Just showing the lower section of my latest MoC. Also, remember the droid ? ;)

You can find more photos of this MoC here.

Star Wars Buzz Droid MOC. I used a Lego light brick for the light.

Hardest job in the galaxy.

This has got to be one of the Separatist army's coolest ships! It had such little screen time in Revenge of the Sith that I actually didn't notice it the first few times I watched the movie. After getting the original 2005 set, the design grew on me, and I still love it to this day. Sand blue is one of my favourite Lego colours, so naturally this was really exciting to design and build. While I am not usually a fan of stickers on mocs, I thought they were necessary in this circumstance given the vehicle is covered in markings. However, you can leave the stickers out and it looks just as good, some may find it even looks better. For the three engine casings I decided to stick with the same parts as Lego had used in set 7252, as they are the perfect piece for the job, and capture the shaping really nicely. The aspect i'm most happy with is probably how compact looking it turned out, with minimal gaps between the segments. Anyway, i'm really pleased with the final outcome, and hope that you guys all like it to.

Cheers!

LEGO model of a Droideka (Destroyer Droid), as seen in Star Wars Episode I - The Phantom Menace.

After purchasing some Bionicle Bohrok sets (way back in 2002), the shape of the carapace inspired me to build these.

The model transforms into a reasonably round wheel form.

Up in the sky...

It's a bird...

It's a starfighter...

It's SUPER BATTLE DROID!

If you remember near the beginning of episode 3, a vulture droid sticks its head up to communicate with its buddies. with the moveable head its all to tempting for me to continually recreate that moment when handling this thing! XD

More droid designs are available in my photostream and Droid MOCs album, and feedback is always welcome.

——

This is my first attempt at a small vignette to go with a droid, so feedback on setting a scene well is also welcome.

The 212th. Legion secretly was transported to a separatist controled system 2 weeks ago. The Rebuplic intelligence had discovered a magor droid factory hidden on a remote planet, and needed us to take it down. General Kenobi devided us into small squads so we could stage multiple attacks at once. The clankers put up little resistance though, after all, we are the 212th. Attack Legion.

All I have to is 212th. troopers are awesome, and if you ever get the chance you MUST get one! :D

Also this is my entry into my Best Brickr with n7mereel!

Custom model of the famous Viper probe droid better known as the imperial probe droid.

This MOC has 5 arms, which is the correct number, unlike the officiel set which has 6 arms.

The basic concept is a couple of Clone Wars era fighter droids being re-purposed for racing, then joining the Resistance to fight for justice and droid rights.

The build itself isn't very complicated and the heads are sort of backwards in shape, but I kind of like how they turned out.

Inspiration definitely taken from Inthert's version (www.flickr.com/photos/inthert/35265015195/in/dateposted/) but with a view to a less fragile construction, hence all the liberties with screen accuracy.

I found these big panel pieces and immediately thought they'd make a good basis for this ship. And it's about time my droid minifigs gor some reinforcements, right?

A Blue and Yellow R2 Unit is the best on the Used Droid Lot in the Black Spire Outpost on Batuu inside Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida.

This photo started as a very flat looking midday scene. Using Lightroom Classic masking tools, I enhanced the natural light direction. After selecting the main subject, the R2 Unit, using LRC AI, I gave it more color, clarity and shading.

Going to end 2022 with some Walt Disney World nostalgia since I did not venture into the parks this year. Will be back in 2023!

A WED-9-M1, similar to a Treadwell droid, and also called a Bantha Droid. Seen briefly on the streets of Mos Eisley in Episode IV. 21 pieces

Here is my google/Motorola/Droid for Verizon!! The same day that I upgraded my cell phone, my daughter did hers too. She had just gotten a part time job, we were happy but one draw back, her coming back late at night.

Last night she was stalked by a punk with a car and realizing he cannot get his way, snatched her cell phone from her hands and ran away in his car. Before he snatched it though, he wanted to look "a nice jerk" and introduced himself as Manny, Puerto-Rican/Italian and 29 years old.

This happened almost in front of the building to where we live and when my puppies barked fiercely looking at the window, I ran to it only to hear tires screeching!!! Few minutes later my daughter walked in and we called the police!!!

The officers were nice, took information and told us "if you see the perpetrator" again to call. It is called perpetrator because the value of the cell is less than $1000.00!!!

Of course, by the time the police came and left it was 3:00am. Tried to calm my daughter down called the carrier and put a stop and all I stayed home lack of sleep, upset and things to follow up :((((((

All this and she didn't even get her first paycheck yet!! But the most important, she is not harmed!!!!!!

Thanks for stopping by and commenting!!

An Imperial Probe Droid has been deployed on the Planet's surface for hidden Rebel Dignitaries.

The Probe Droid is one of my favorite droids in Star Wars.

After getting one in the small Hoth set from last year, I modified it and was inspired by others' versions and now I have a more accurate version that I am happy with.

For now..

Anyway I hope you all like it.

May the Force Be with You! :)

Introducing the Variable Geometry Self-Propelled Battle Droid, Mark I... that's way too long, we're just gonna go with Vulture Droid. First seen in Star Wars Episode One: The Phantom Menace and now available through BrickVault!

A classic scene from A New Hope, the new Rollerblades from Collectable Series 9 screamed out Mouse Droid to me, just been abit too lazy to do the shot.

Pistoeka sabotage droids, better known simply as buzz droids, were a type of insect-like automatons that were deployed in swarms during battlefleet actions by the Confederacy of Independent Systems.

Probe droids (also known as probots or recon droids) were droids that were specifically designed and programmed to perform reconnaissance duties. These units were often dispatched by various space navies to gather information from a variety of different locations, reporting anything of significance as defined by specific preprogrammed protocols.
