Dream date PJ from 1983.......
I bought her yesterday morning on a local market in Castelseprio........I'm in love for her, i love her dress, her face and her hair.......She is very stunning and superb......I love steffie face mold and i love PJ........
She is very sweet girl =)
I took out the Ricohflex earlier this summer and shot a car show. There is something about color reversal film that is just heavenly.
Today I discovered that I actually want to photograph dreams. My photos have been dreamy lately already, so its logical that I eventually came to this conclusion, but it still feels like a relief to know what I want to do.
The themes I have been thinking about lately are escapism and immersion, these will continue to influence my photos and editing. I am starting to work on larger formats and printing them, so the images need to be larger aswell. This photo consists of 35 raw photos, tonemapped in photomatix and merged into a panorama in Autostitch, the file is now about 60mb, and 18000x4000 pixels, resulting in a 72mpx photo. This isnt the final version yet as the panorama is created at 75% of the original photos. I want to make another 100% version to get even more detail and sharpness into the photo before I remove it all with blurs and editing ;) I originally wanted to use a large format camera but digital ones are very expensive to rent (not even to think about buying). So panoramas are the free and easy alternative for me for now.
Eventually the print is supposed to be 5-10 meters long and will be used for an exposition accompanied by sound to increase the immersion for the viewer, hopefully allowing them to escape reality for a moment and forget about everything around them, to dream away in my photo.

Today, I'm revisiting all my dreams, tick off those that have been realized and make new ones.
The forest itself had a kind of dream-like quality, like I expected to find a spirit animal around who would tell me where to go after I left my job. It never came. Or, if it did, I don't remember.
Anyways, I'm soon going to the northern forests of what is now known as "Queensland" to find an old man named "Weegeegong," who I will provide with six conch shells of varying sizes. Wish me luck.

inspired by childhood dream of a spooky barn boatride featuring animatronic and costumed characters loosely themed on 70s vintage fast food motifs.
I should mention that this was not a nightmare, but a thoroughly fun child's dream where we were riding through a spooky barn on boats and being served hamburgers, fries, shakes and other common fast food items.
One of the earliest dreams I can recall.
