Bears a striking resemblance to last months, but plaiting, or just knotting it into place it has become a normal way of tying it back.
This was taken in the summer of '01, I believe. They were still forming, even though they look long-ish. They're all fuzzy on top, and the ends weren't nubby, yet. Unfortunately, I used wax with my first set of dreads. That's probably why it took so long for them to tighten. And what a bi#$h it was to wash it out - it was so gross - I can't believe I was sold on that idea, especially since I have sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts...
