Promotional shoot with the band, A Shattered Hope. Shot was taken in my studio. All the photos in this shoot were taken with a Canon EOS 5D with a 17-40mm f4L lens. The subjects were standing against a 14'x36' seamless backdrop paper. The solo shots were taken with one Genesis 400 strobe in front shooting through a 48"x48" softbox with two inner diffusers, one genesis 200 shooting directly behind the subject.
Now we're talking! This was done with the reflective diffuser, with a white spiral notebook held overhead; parallel to the diffuser.
This is the worst photo of the set. It has both natural light from doors on both ends and fluorescent lighting from the hall lights. The color is not very good and washes her skin tone out.

A very low-key aurora display that most people would think are just wispy clouds. Thanks to long exposure (and warm coveralls) some not too bad photographs can result.
