Comparison of differences in two versions of the same manga page. Only areas of the page which are different are shown -- most of the original manga comic book art stayed the same between the two, and was screened out.

* On the left is the official publisher translation.

* On the right is the original unofficial scanlation produced by fans.

* In the center is an interference pattern between the two.

Some seemingly similar image elements appear because they were unchanged in the scanlation, but were later retouched by the publisher -- often adding color screening or line detail. Others are differences created by the difference in texture between the scanlation (typically low-quality scans of cheap newsprint print runs) and the higher print and scan resolution of foreign trade paperbacks. The kinds of texture that trigger a difference are often consistent in a given work -- for example, only the fine lines use in rushing action backgrounds, the texture on clothing, and lines around close-up eyes.

What’s the difference between a collapse, a downfall, and a downright apocalypse? How will it all end, and why do we love to wonder? Ice or fire, zombies or bombs? Out with a bang or a whimper? And can we do anything to stop the decline?

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, the new free exhibition at Science Gallery at Trinity College Dublin, will explore why the disastrous can be devilishly entertaining, and whether there’s any truth to these dismal predictions. Join doomers, designers, and doctors as they lay out the top threats to our world, evaluate how likely they are, and spell out exactly what we can do about it. The exhibition opened on 13th October and runs until 11th February 2018. For more information, visit dublin.sciencegallery.com/icoe.

No she was not angry..

But it is interesting to note, that the emotion when not seen,

is not seen as a smile..

One cannot imagine, that she can be smiling as she is looking out..

Somewhere we think, something is wrong..

Don't we?

haven't had a chance to upload photos lately , life was to hectic :( ,

i have to apologize for the color , its everywhere , but the idea was , "LIFE" , sometimes we cant accept the differences ,but differences make life colorful, even we run , move, or even choose to go to different direction, but i believe eventually we have one ! one! yes one similarity obsession , which is to be a better human .

Don't give up guys , it can rain everyday , but it cant rain forever ,!!! keep pursuing your dream, accept the differences from others and live life to the fullest .

have a great day guys !!

cheers

The variety of terrain on The Big Island of Hawaii is crazy -- we drove from Hilo all the way around the east side of the island to our hotel just outside of Kona. The drive was definitely worth the time -- just to appreciate the vast differences between each area of the island.

" I laugh, I love, I hope, I try, I hurt, I need, I fear, I cry. And I know you do the same things too. So we're really not that different, me and you. "

There was such a wide range of people running this race. Very cool to see people of every race, age and sex all out doing something that makes them all one: runners!
