(Much to the consternation of Ellie, Lizzie, John (my caregiver) and I could not stand it any longer. We went for a short walk in the Dog Park yesterday afternoon. I am still on a high from that brief, wonderful time!!)

I visited a very unique (to me) Chinese cemetary on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. It rained like crazy then the skies opened up for me to take some pictures. All the tombstones have very eerie pictures of the people that are buried beneath.
Once choosing the colour of a sketch pen was a tough task.
Occupying the window seat in the school bus was called obsession.
Getting a candy as a birthday treat from a friend made our day.
Being the first one to finish copying from the blackboard was the ultimate moment of pride.
Hiding the answers from a bench partner during exams was not called selfishness.
When homework was the only torture & finished it soon,so could get some extra time to play.
Early to bed, early to rise was life's mantra, but how we loved sleeping late and having some extra TV time!
Owning a cycle was like owning everything.
We didn't need FB or a phone to keep in touch!
We thought all elders are ideal, when Daddy was the only hero and Mom was the only Bestfriend."
So what they say is right.
"Everybody dies twice. Once when their childhood ends.".!!

Die Tierfiguren Kuh und Pferd symbolisieren die Gegensätzlichkeit von Stadt und Land. (Gerhard Marcks).

Die Wallfahrtskirche zur Schmerzhaften Mutter Gottes im Weggental, erbaut von 1682 bis 1695, ist eine barocke Wallfahrtskirche bei Rottenburg am Neckar.
Weggental is a Roman Catholic pilgrimage church, built in the Baroque period, close to Rottenburg am Neckar.
Die zierliche kleine Binsenjungfer ist eine Libelle der Gattung der Binsenjungfern und gehört zur Familie der Teichjungfern. Sie erreicht eine Flügelspannweite von 3,5 bis 4 Zentimetern.
Der Bestand der kleinen Binsenjungfer ist in Deutschland stark gefährdet.

The petite small Binsenjungfer is a dragonfly of the genus of the bins Virgin and belongs to the family of lestidae. It can reach a wingspan of 3.5 to 4 centimeters.
The survival of small Binsenjungfer is endangered in Germany.
