These thunderstorms are commonin the tropics, but most of them pass you by without so much as a drop of rain. Mountainous islands cause updrafts, so they get more clouds than low islands or open sea.

During this workshop, you will develop your own unique scent together with olfactory artist Klara Ravat. You will explore a variety of different scents and learn various tricks that help you understand why scent compositions smell like they do, and how to play with their properties. At the end of the workshop, you will take home a bottle of your own scent and a very excited nose!

I collaborated with Gwen for the staging events. Gwen's image was projected on top of the staircase and my installation was staged under the staircase. I set up two sculptures made from found objects and two photographs. We discussed our ideas and how we will combine our work together and helped each other set up. We collaborated in the same location and shadows and silhouettes were an obvious link that brought both pieces together.
