Cet été devant la porte, un hibiscus fleurit l'entrée.
Tellement éphémère, d'ailleurs la fleur fane quasiment en une journée. Alors pourquoi s'y intéresser.
Il ya des choses comme cela qui font tellement partis de l'ordinaire que l'on passe à côté sans se soucier.... sans regarder.... ces toutes petites choses.
Un jour différent, en fin d'après midi, l'éclairage presque parfait, sans le soleil qui claque sur les pétales, me voila faire ma mise au point. Je découvre tout d'un coup dans l'objectif, ce que déjà j'ai vu mille fois sur flickr et dont je ne connaissais le nom ;-). Je vous présente l'hibiscus, l'éphémère, la fleur d'un jour, qui s'ouvre et se ferme puis tombe.
Je vous présente cette fleur aux 5 pointes de velours, petites boules charnues duveteuses et régulières. Au pied, du pollen jaune citron, humide de vigueur dont je vous laisse voir les détails en "larger sizer".
Voila mon petit trésor devant mes yeux ......

Der Triebwagen VT 42 ( gebaut bei der Dessauer Waggonfabrik für die Franzburger Kreisbahn) des DEV hat am 21.April 2019 gerade das Vilser Holz bei Bruchhausen-Vilsen verlassen und wird gleich Heiligenberg erreichen.
Op woensdag 10 augustus werd, hoewel er op de diverse treinenforums weinig werd gemeld, er even op uitgetrokken om treinen te spotten en fotograferen. Eerst werd de bekende locatie aan de Veenweg te Holten bezocht. Hier waren werkzaamheden bezig en het aanbod van goederentreinen was nagenoeg nihil deze dag.
Daarop is doorgereden naar de voormalige "Blockstelle Deves". Hier waren meer goederentreinen te zien maar minder dan gebruikelijk in dezelfde periode als voorgaande jaren. Volgens een aantal lokale treinenhobbyisten die ik hier tegenkwam, lag dit vooral aan de vakantieperiode dit jaar die nog tot ongeveer half augustus duurt. Daarna zal het aanbod van goederentreinen op hetzelfde niveau zijn als voor de vakantie.
Eén van de goederentreinen die deze dag op de foto kon worden gezet, was de RTB 193 726 "EGS" met een goed beladen PCC-shuttle richting Rheine. In Holten had ik deze trein eerder deze dag ook al op de foto gezet. Het verbaasde mij deze trein nogmaals deze dag op de foto te kunnen zetten. Waarschijnlijk heeft deze trein ergens tussen Holten en Salzbergen een tijdje aan de kant gestaan waardoor de mogelijkheid ontstond voor het nemen van een tweede foto van deze trein.

Devant cette barre d'immeubles des Bosquets, secteur qui a vu naître les émeutes de novembre 2005, là où plus personne ne parle à autrui mais qui pourtant se crible d'antennes paraboliques censées représenter la communication moderne... L' icône tient un coeur en cuivre, métal utilisé massivement dans notre société pour la transmission des énergies.

Successivamente, in occasione di un periodo di ferie dedicate a documentare l'evento, scattai quella che a tutt'oggi è la foto che mi ha "emozionato" di più, realizzata in uno dei posti più belli dell'intera catena alpina, ad un variopinto combinato stracolmo trainato da una coppia di zebre miste.

Ironia della sorte anche in quest'occasione mi è capitata la stessa coppia di locomotive, quasi a simboleggiare che, nonostante il passare del tempo, il DEVIATO per eccellenza è sempre lui.

It seems to be that my bargain flea market find Olympus Mjü 1 doesn't focus correctly.. (after all I am pretty happy how this came out) or I don't know to operate it... Some shots were in focus and most of them out of focus...I'm going to "waist"? another roll HP5+ before dumping that damn thing :)

Transit London Limited and its subsidiaries (RATP London) in December subject to French government approval and is conditional on TfL consent to the change of control. The aim to complete the acquisition in the first half of a calendar year 2025. RATP is required to carry on operating and funding the business in line with past practice in the period to completion. Satisfaction of the conditions is subject to a longstop date of 30 April 2025
While no official announcement has yet been made to say it has been completed, pictures has been going around social media showing VH45189 with new First Bus logos parked in Stamford Brook Bus Garage. While some people are not sure the image was real, today we got to see for ourselves as VH45189 entered service as running number 470 operating the AM peak bus on Route E3 complete with First Bus logos.
Dev Prayag is considered as one of the holy place in Hindu religion. Here Bhagarathi (green) and Alaknanda (brown) are meeting and after wards its called holy 'Ganga' river. See difference in colors of both rivers.

Dev Deepawali (Varanasi)
The Dev Deepavali ("the Diwali of the Gods" or "Festival of Lights of the Gods") is the festival of Kartik Poornima celebrated in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. It falls on the full moon of the Hindu month of Kartika (November - December) and takes place fifteen days after Diwali. The steps of all the ghats on the riverfront of the Ganges River, from Ravidas Ghat at the southern end to Rajghat, are lit with more than a million earthen lamps (diyas) in honour of Ganga, the Ganges, and its presiding goddess. The gods are believed to descend to Earth to bathe in the Ganges on this day. The festival is also observed as Tripura Purnima Snan. The tradition of lighting the lamps on the Dev Deepawali festival day was first started at the Panchganga Ghat in 1985.
