I love three things。the sun。the moon and you。 the sun for the day。 the moon for the night。 and you for ever。
人生若只如初相见,你衔我一片纯白岁月,我陪你看细水流长。

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Please accept my apologies for my image.I accidentally deleted this photograph when I was discovering geotags in Flickr. This is one of my favorites. If it is not accepted in a group I understand. Also, sorry for all the lost favorites and views.....
I guess the lady got upset guys!I should be taking care of my pseudo-rennaisance portrait more, maybe it is haunted now!hahaha.Thank you for the understanding.
As for the geotags...I will deal with it another day...
Sometimes I miss you and then I remember
That I deserve much better
Cover my tattoo about you with another
And now I’m feeling much better

Another shot from the Lake District.
This is a shot of Fleetwith Pike taken from the path alongside Buttermere Lake. I was shown this composition by Neil who was along with us for the weekend so can't take credit for the view.
It was a fairly grey morning, but I think it gives the shot a nice mood, although it did clear up later on in the day I actually preferred this dark and moody morning.
I'm heading back to the Lake District in October for four days this time with a few friends. We're planning a few locations I missed out on last time so no doubt I'll have loads of shots to post when we get back!

I posted a version of this last week but stupidly deleted it a few minutes later. I have now added another 2hrs+ of subs from an earlier session to this image.

I took a side trip to the community of Prospect while driving to take a hike at Polly's Cove. I was a great day and the water was very still making for great reflections. Prospect, Nova Scotia, Canada.
One thing we do have in Nova Scotia are lots of quaint fishing villages.

Church of the Holy Spirit was built in 1717 on the site of a previous wooden church which was destroyed during the Swedish War.
In 1944, during the Warsaw Uprising, the church was almost completely destroyed by the German Army; the interior of the church and vaulting burnt down, with only the main altar surviving. The church was rebuilt in 1956 in the same form as it was before World War II.

The red building is the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic.
The museum explains the history of the fishing industry, with artifacts, stories of tragic storms, and an aquarium with many Atlantic species of fish. The history of the Bluenose which was built in Lunenburg is explained. It was a fishing and racing schooner reputed to be the fastest sailing ship of the time is explained. (Bluenose is featured on the Canadian dime).
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lunenburg is a port town on the province's South Shore. The town is approximately 90 kilometres southwest of the county boundary with the Halifax Regional Municipality.
The town was established four years after Halifax. The town was one of the first British attempts to settle Protestants in Nova Scotia intended to displace Mi'kmaq and Acadian Catholics.
Lunenburg was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995. This designation ensures protection for much of Lunenburg's unique architecture and civic design, being the best example of planned British colonial settlement in Canada. The historic core of the town is also a National Historic Site of Canada.

Point Cabrillo, the sandstone headland on which the Point Cabrillo Light lies, was named in 1870 by the United States Geological Survey after the Portuguese explorer João Rodrigues Cabrilho.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Point Cabrillo Lighthouse is in northern California, just south of the community of Caspar. The lighthouse was constructed by the Lindgren Company beginning in 1908, and began operation in 1909. Its first light keeper was Wilhelm Baumgartner, who held the position until 1923. In 1935, an air diaphone supertyfone sound signal was installed.
The light is only 9.8 m (32 ft) above the ground, but because of the height of the headlands it stands 25 m (81 ft) above sea level. It was originally lit by a kerosene lamp and turned by a clockwork mechanism but this was replaced by an electric light and motor in 1935. The present light uses a single 1000-watt electric filament, the light from which is magnified by a factor of one thousand by the lens, and spins once every 40 seconds producing a flash every 10 seconds.
The restored lighthouse was opened to the public in August 2001, and used in filming the Warner Bros 2001 drama film The Majestic.

This is a multi-purpose room at the convent, used for meeting, lectures etc.

Wernberg convent perched on a rocky outcrop overlooking a bend in the Drau River. The building run by the Sisters of the Precious Blood is actually in part a Renaissance castle dating back to the early 13th century. Today it houses a nunnery, education centre and guesthouse with its own farm and a well-stocked shop selling its produce. This was where we had dinner before going to Villach for the night.

Bratislava Castle is the main castle of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.
It was built in the 9th century. A symbol of the city, standing on the hill above Danube river. Eleven kings and eight queens were crowned in Bratislava in the past.
Bratislava Castle's silhouette is created by four wings, each with a corner tower. For two centuries the south-west tower (jewel's tower) housed the Hungarian coronation jewels. In 1992, the new constitution of independent Slovakia was signed here.
