Definitely my favorite from the photos I have taken so far at home. The dusts are still bothering me, I have already cleaned the polarizer and I'm going to look into a sensor cleaning kit when I do get a chance to go to Windsor.
Time to sleep, gotta get up for work tomorrow :) Happy BLUE Monday, hopefully this is blue enough!

Took this at lunchtime at work yesterday. It pretty much snowed all day:). These guys looked to me like they were resigned to keeeping warm & waiting for spring to arrive:).
Definitely seen better days but more interesting in the "What was I..." rather than the "What am I..." state
One evening, while taking an early evening walk along the beach in Grace Bay, I took this photo shortly before sunset. After working all day, it is definitely refreshing to take walks like this in the early evenings.

Definitely one of the most intense sunsets I've ever experienced during my last trip to Tuscany.
The most famous tuscan cypresses on the road to Montalcino.
Definitely one of the best reflections I’ve ever gotten! Most of them never have this kind of clarity. Smith Tower
Definitely not a common visitor to Northumberland, and this late in the year!! It was amazing to see the big fat bugs it was managing to find on a very cool day around 10 degrees C
Definitely recommend viewing in large - Dancer's face is so cute!
Day 112/365
I took Dancer with me when I went to do a new self-portrait jump, and she waited so patiently. Then we did this and she kept trying to sit on me... so sweet!

Definitely a bonus was the retiming for one evening only of 6M76 to Arpley seen heading past Startup Hill with a very colourful consist and 90028 up front.
Definitely not my normal subject matter but I wanted to test the Bird Eye AF on the R5 so after the Wareham Quay shoot I drove on a few miles to RSPB Arne, Dorset. It turned out to be fairly windy and the birds were not playing ball but spotted this little fellow so gave it a go. Have to say incredibly impressed with the Bird AF - especially as I'm a complete novice in shooting birds so have never got my head around the workflow needed. If you view this large the detail is fantastic considering it was taken at ISO 500 with a non-L series lens.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend and please forgive me if I ask you to consider donating to the British Red Cross Ukraine appeal (or the equivalent in whichever Country you are from). You don't need me to tell you the situation out there caused by the Putin invasion.

Thanks for viewing and reading this.
Someone definitely watched Blade Runner.
Heavily inspired by Deckard's gun and the Ruger Hawkeye pistol.
A sudden gust of very strong wind, sent these clouds across the bay in under a minute. Had us packing and running to shelter. Everything came at a sudden, including the warning from the Lightning siren from Marina Barrage. What a morning...
I'm definitely not a great wildlife photographer, but I'm rather proud of this one.
I've just got back from 5 nights in the Flinders Ranges, South Australia, such a beautiful part of our state/country and full of wildlife.
Expect lots of content over the next few days.
was definitely a day to remember.
that date may not have any significance to you at all, but i don't mind.
today was the first time it snowed in about 4 years.
it was possibly one of the best days this year.
it was hard getting nice pictures because the snow
was really, hella tiny. but i just had to remember this day :)
Definitely one of my most loved flowers. A cape daisy.

Definitely not my favorite back yard bird, but every now and then they give me a shot I can't pass up...
Duluth Winnipeg & Pacific SD40 5903 sits with its CN replacements at the Belt's Clearing Yard in 2000. The 5903 was showing its age and would soon be off the roster.
It would no longer Deliver With Pride.

Definitely one of the craziest cars there, one of my favorites too. The wrap is very cool.

Definitely Dreaming - Week 4 Forks
When my Aunt married in 1951, she was given a canteen of cutlery. The ordinary knives and forks were well used, but I don't think she ever used the pastry forks (or the fish cutlery), as they still look as good as new. I've had them since she died in 1992, and I don't think I've use them either.
Definitely not my favorite comp by far but, there is something that I really like about this image.
I am kicking myself now for not making a pano of this scene. I have been meaning to make some pano series shots for a long time now. Just never remember too when I am on location :( This would have been the perfect scene for this as I could not get everything into the image that I wanted too.

Day 228/365:
Definitely Dreaming - Helping
Whinge alert, look away now!
Nothing is helping my back, I've had an allergic reaction to ibuprofen which is the strongest over the counter pain relief/anti-inflammatory that we can get here. Since Covid broke out it's nigh on impossible to get doctors appointments. It took me two hours to get out of bed this morning and I'm just off to the osteopath for a miracle cure. As for the 365, this is as good as it's going to get for the time being. Whinge over.
Edit: I have prolapsed disc, which is what I suspected. Not sure how I will go forward with the 365. This could be the end but will see how things go from here.
Normally I would add a neutral density filter and take a long exposure to smooth the water but this time around, I wanted to just take it with the flowing water. It was definitely not as powerful as it usually is around Memorial Day but it was still flowing pretty strong.
If you are driving Hwy 149, you could easy bypass this and never know it. The sign is small and it is not noticeable from the highway. If you are between Creede and Lake City, slow down, enjoy the drive and look for the little sign to see this beauty!

Definitely worth forcing bulbs in November (or buying them mid-December and passing it off as all your own work)
Definitely a day for the rainbow 🌈 enthusiasts in Caithness today with bright sunshine in the south and rain showers galore passing over. A quick stop at the side of the A99 near Whaligoe, Ulbster, and the phooey not doing justice to the fact this wasn't only a double bow but a triple. Best one I've ever seen but much better to see with the naked eye than the camera lens.
For the Definitely Dreaming week 16 theme of "Small" theme I decided to do something with some of my little Scale 00 people (they are about 20mm tall).
These are extra special to me because they belonged to my dear friend Ali and were gifted to me by her sister after her death.
To create my "Rock God" I sat him on an old CD, shone various lights at him and also used some Lensbaby Omni wands for the distortion and some of the rainbow colours. I added some diffusion and glow in Photoshop.
Also my photo for today in the April photo a day challenge, 19 of 30.
