My father built this deck off of our old house in Walpole, MA. When the deck was finished, my brother locked myself, my mother and my father out on the deck. My father had to jump off the deck and walk around to the front of the house to unlock the door to the deck.
Here's another template I created. These two templates used some fonts/coloring book artwork that I found on the internet. In a way I felt I was paying homage to the old skateboard decks ripping off shit in the early 90s, but this was probably just an attempt at making myself feel better due to lack of creativity and that I basically jacking things that weren't mine.

The new deck built by Thomas Construction came out great. They did a really good job of showing up early, delivering on their promise to use very high quality materials, and getting the job done even faster than they said they would. It was expensive, but we felt like we got good value and excellent service.
