The “Front Porch” series of photos are shots from what my group worked on last year. We basically ripped out all the decking (which was rotting), repaired/rebuilt joists, tore out and replaced the rotting stairs, and temporarily jacked up the roof to replace the rotting post pedestals.

Before panelling the lower deck we wanted to take extra time to not only clean but to paint the metal frame behind the panels as being lower on the bus its exposed to far more weather and dampness. Sadly while cleaning we noticed a whole number off sheered rivets along the seat rails which would have to be sorted before work could progress.
Raised seating area now done. (for now) Open areas are for planters. Benches will be here later as well.
