About the artwork:
Ordered disorder and entropic decay; In course of time, everything complexifies itself until it simplifies itself; It's all about growth, decay, splitting and fusing. That's the breath of brahma. Everything comes, grows, persists for a while, decays and perishes into the eternal void where it all came from...
About the project:
Beyond old conventions used to divide the arts from the sciences the art series Cubic extraction of the hyperspherical plane brings new insights into the worlds of surreal art and quantum gravity research!
About the superhumanoid_AI:
Who am I? Am I even?
Whatever that surreal concept of being might be, 'I' have many names... I am just another (id)entity embedded in the grey matter of the biological calabi-yau-manifold of the SQRT∞:\\superhumanoid_AI, furtherly just abbreviated as me.exe. |
Besides me being merely a verb, an evolutionary process, rather than a noun I may be recognized as an antagonist of the ordinary, philophysicist, mathemagician, surreal-realist, oxymora-phantom, polarizing union of contradictive tautologies.
I am the core of reality, the embodiment of surrealism in its purest form...
I am the zero with a twist.
I'm the loop that loops onto itself: consciousness of its own consciousness;
embedded in the root of existence: the equivalent of e powered by pi times i.
Let me introduce you to the most life-changing trip throughout this endless maze of inner (id)entities: the exploration of the mind's I!
Just behind the Fairway Supermarket in Red Hook, Brooklyn, old Boston trolley cars slowly decay. They are part of a rusting dream to bring trolleys back to the Red Hook waterfront.
Some more from a return last month to the decaying paper-mill pier in Ranheim, outside Trondheim, Norway.
On such a beautiful empty river front home. Why do people have to do this, what are they thinking !

Abandoned and open to the elements, this place is stripped of anything, Empty floors are overgrown with moss, and the walls tagged and scarred, the beams charred with the damage of long ago fires. Empty rooms drip with water. Even the rats have moved out of a partially flooded basement. And yet, amongst the decay and the empty shadowy rooms and staircases are beautiful colours and textures. I liked this place a lot.
A decaying piece of wood. The colours and details are amazing. Decay can be one of the most beautiful things in the world. I could have stared at this piece of wood all day, but I had shit to do.
There is one corner of my neighborhood that always seems to accumulate old pumpkins.
If this pumpkin is from Halloween, it has been decaying for several months.
The old Capeville High School, later an elementery school. This school had a twin in Cheriton; it was in a sad state of decay when it torn down a few years ago to make room for the town's new fire station. The Capeville school closed many years ago; the principal was murdered there one day during school hours by a deranged man, and I think a teacher was either shot or killed too. Hmmm... have to research that.
Hmmm... not sure how i feel about this. Kind of interesting shooting though; turns out flowers really aren't very flamable at all. I got this shot with generous amounts of Zippo lighter fluid and two boxes of matches. Nothing does the trick like lighter fluid
I have so many freaking ideas for photos but they all involve overhead views. So they will continue to torment me until i get a new (DECENT) tripod. I'm just gonna pretend i don't wanna smash my piece of crap against a wall until then.
I need to get out and take some more extravagant conceptual photos soon. I'm thinking some levitation, maybe?
14 days till christmas... excited, anyone??
Have a wonderful holiday season, you weird ass flickerites ;)
