Used Adaptive fog to get the white glare (with a high value for fog curve). Tiltshift to blur the hairs which aren't in the depth buffer, Cinematic DOF for the dof, PandaFX for bleach/color control, lightroom for grain, vignette.
Yeah, screenshotting isn't always easy :)

For a brief moment I tried the doppler mod, which you see in action here, which was alright, but in the end it didn't feel right, also because the voice is still geralt :D
