The crows nest on the end of this old tree, just made me smile so I tried to capture it.

I had gone on a Wanderlust outing into the country. On a bend in the road, I stopped, arrested by the striking form of this dead tree.

An old tree in our backyard, taken from uphill. The way the wood breaks off to form spires just speaks strength to me.

This tree is a pretty clear sign. We ignored it.

This tree has been dead a couple of years and fell down in the bad storm that blew through Cedar Park on 06/10/2009.
