上環街市南座。這幢大樓於1858年落成，是壯麗的維多利亞式建築的典範，於1980年代拆卸。北座約在半個世紀後於1906年建成，近年依靠遊人到訪開設在建築內的手工藝、古玩等店鋪，賴以生存。
South Block, Western Market. This splendid example of Victorian architecture was constructed in 1858 and demolished in the 1980s. The North Block, completed alomost half a century later in 1906, is sustained barely these days by tourists who visit the small handcraft, curio and similar shops that now occupy it.

I had never really had a succesfull dinner date until I met Mal. I was simply amazed and Intrigued by this women. I was having a blast and enjoying every minute of the time we spent together. I can't describe the wonderful feeling that I had going through my mind.
Being alone for so many years makes it hard to have hope of ever meeting anyone special. I honestly could not believe that I had actuall met someone as special as Mal. The whole time at Outback was wonderful!
After he picked me up we headed over to OUtback Steakhouse for dinner. This was my first REAL date I had never been out with someone on a formal date before. We sat at a table for two in the bar area. WHe told me about work and how he he worked over time for long hous and it kind of concerned me the amount of time he said he ahd been working butI didn't think too much about it. He was very intergetic and almost gittery but I guess it was just the excitment but I asked him if he smoked pot half joking half serious and he then informed me hoe he didn't drink or do drugs which was very relieving and refreshing and I was really glad he felt the same way I do about that stuff amd I knew then that the possibility of this turning into a long term relationship was becoming more of a possibility.

i think it was this doughnut photo of erin's that led me to this post on the smitten kitchen which led me to hearth, where we had a lovely dinner on friday, complete with apple cider doughnuts for dessert. yum! (thanks erin!)

This photo was taken in one of the most beautiful Islands of India. The Andamans. This is on the beach which is not visible. This the perfect place to have a dinner with your loved one. Something in the photo always makes me want to visit the place again.

The first “Father-Daughter Date Night” was held Nov. 15 hosted by the Camp Zama Protestant and Gospel Chapels at the Camp Zama Community Club. Forty daughters and 28 fathers attended the event, which included dinner, dessert, dancing and games. (U.S. Army photos by Noriko Kudo)

Mom in Dad's sailboat at Corpus Christi in 1945.
While in Corpus Christi, Dad went in with a few other aviation cadets to buy a used sailboat. Dad was the only one of the group who had any sailing experience, and that was only a single previous outing with a friend on the Chesapeake Bay. But somehow they made a go of it, and on weekends when they could get time off, they would invite girls from the WAVES to go out with them. I think the boat was one of the things that first attracted my mother to my dad.
