Hope your Spring is going good, mine has been very busy. Love how the wilderness has come alive after a very long winter. I was able to fit some biking and kayaking into my crazy work schedule and I even managed to get an hour of shooting in the other night for the first time in a long time but it turned out way too magical and unique to share ;-) For if I shared...It would no longer be unique! (Taken from my saddle where I feel most at home)

From a memorable trip to the Western Treatment Plant on this day in 2019. Memorable for two reasons, there was a Tufted Duck there (which had attracted every bird nerd in Victoria, or so it seemed), a very rare sighting in Australia and thousands of kilometres from its known habitat.
