When she invited me to Prom, this was not exactly what I thought she had in mind. Next thing I knew she had me dressed in one of my favorite prom dresses and with heels on then Blindfolded, gagged and Hog tied. Not sure how long she set the timers for, but I was there a while to think about her next move. There certainly was no escape. Best Prom Ever!!!

41 years ago our first date was on Stinson Beach in CA. After a day of walking and talking I told her I wanted to marry her. She laughed. At that time I was a struggling hippy photographer. But, 4 years later I got my act together and she married me. I am still fascinated by her. Now with the kids grown and gone it's back to the two of us.

My son's first "date" to see "The Nutcracker." It was the sweetest, most romantic date I've been on. They secretly bought each other gifts from the front lobby. When my son gave the gift to his girl, she was so excited & her little clear slipper shoes were swinging so fast (since her feet wouldn't touch the ground). Sooooooooooooooooo sweet!

4 July 2001 - Letters leaving Berwick will carry a special message after this week. A new cancellation stamp describing Berwick as the "Apple Capital of Nova Scotia" will mark letters moving through the Berwick Post Office for destinations around the world. "It's a good way to make sure as many people as possible know Berwick is the Apple Capital of Nova Scotia," said Don Clarke, president of the Apple Capital Museum Society, June 28.
Berwick will soon be more widely recognized as the Apple Capital of Nova Scotia, thanks to a new cancellation stamp that will go into use at the Berwick Post Office July 5, 2001. The stamp, designed and sponsored by the Apple Capital Museum Society, should prove popular. The society has been working on designing the stamp and getting approval for it for almost a year. Canada Post gave its blessing, adding a few extra touches to the stamp, this month. The cancellation will be in red, with an apple in the centre and the lettering in a circle around the apple.
