I saw this in the stream of 'by irma' and made two cubes out of it!

She gave me permission tu use the image.

Thanks Irma!

In this Anaglyph I swap the colors red and Cyaan.

The result is that you look inside the cubes!

Peculiar is that the mind is trying to force you to see the cubes as normal.

Sometimes this leads to alternating views between the two possibilities.

To see it normal, change red and cyaan! (turn your specs)

This all is possible because there are no other objects involved in the image.

Montag habe ich eine "gebrauchte" Grundausstattung für meinen ersten Meerwasserversuch abholen können.

A swarm of cubes after the Cube Project.

In a short period when the LEA AIR sims where free for a night and a day, i could test some more Cube swarms.

I didn't keep count but in total i used 7500 prims / 12 = 625 cubes = 5 x 5 x 5 x 5. Here you can see some images, but it would be better to film it, to see the behavior.

I used the swarm script of Apotheus Silverman.

forums-archive.secondlife.com/54/0c/9803/1.html

I changed a few parameters and the behavior or state (flex or not flex)of the rootprim to get some control over the swarm.

Still every moment hundreds go off sim and end up in Lost an found folder.

The Cubes are 10m x 10m x 10m and each edge is formed by a 10 x 0.2 x 0.2 m Prim . The Swarm traveled over 2 sims (a sim is 256x256x4096m ) the day later it seemed they used all 20 sims :-) .

The idea is to get your employees the best cubicles (water cooler adjacent, not too far from the laser printer, etc.) while ensuring they can reach an elevator. Cubes near the vice president or receptionist are not desirable.

Unpacking my new Apple PowerMac G4 Cube.

I have photographed a Cube before for my 'Square Cars' set and I acknowledge that it might more accurately if prosaically be called 'Cuboid Cars' as a square is a plane figure. It seemed both amusing and apposite then to see this Nevada plate on another Cube in Palm Springs.

Ah companion cube you make me so happy!

Seriously though I am beyond obsessed with all things Valve. I have completed anything and everything they've created, I own these fuzzy dice, I also own Portal & Black Mesa mugs which I drink coffee from whilst doing anything.

I've also been told that Miss Sophie Turner is going to make me a belated birthday cake in the shape of a companion cube. For this I am beyond excited and fully intend to never eat it, infact I may varnish it and use it as a paper weight on my desk.

I really like the light on this photo :)
