final thought was to just put it on a piece of glass and let it melt a bit. New problem was that it kept sliding around as the table wasn't perfectly level, but oh well. (never mind that the picture itself wasn't very level either)

The cube is hanging on 4 auxiliary balls, showing the relationship between a cube and a dodecahedron. I intended it to be connected at the bottom with 4 balls as well, but the cube is just a fraction to big :-(

This time around it wasn't banana and it was even less pleasant. Coffee was involved.

In other news, I did teleprompter training to be one of those talking heads during the pledge drive asking you for money in exchange for a Yanni DVD or Celtic Woman CD. You know how it's weird to hear yourself recorded? Watching yourself recorded on three different cameras in a studio is ridiculous.

It's my cube!

Rubik's cube, a Christmas present. I've always wanted one, but never got round to getting one!

We made a companion cube cake for our best friends birthday. It was a four layer red velvet cake with a sweet cream cheese filling. It took a long time to make but was well worth the effort! When she saw it she almost cried she was so happy. It made all the hours of work worth it.
