This time around it wasn't banana and it was even less pleasant. Coffee was involved.
I was still recovering from the previous week and had become a little coffee fiend.
I'm saying this all in past tense. I'm still a coffee fiend. Which ends today.
Really.
In other news, I did teleprompter training to be one of those talking heads during the pledge drive asking you for money in exchange for a Yanni DVD or Celtic Woman CD. You know how it's weird to hear yourself recorded? Watching yourself recorded on three different cameras in a studio is ridiculous.

Birmingham’s iconic landmark, The Cube is a world-class destination standing tall across the city’s skyline. The outstanding 23-storey structure houses an impressive mix of prime office, retail and restaurant spaces, aspirational apartments, a boutique hotel (that where we'll be staying), exclusive canal side restaurants, skyline champagne bar, luxury spa facilities, and the UK’s largest automated car park (more on that later).
That's quite a pattern. In fact it appears not to repeat itself much at all.
